Place was perfect for our group of 12. Located close enough to Broadway to walk wherever we wanted. The building is secure, clean and parking is close. Would definitely recommend!

Great location—just a 7-minute walk to Broadway! The place was spacious, clean, and had just about everything we needed for our stay. The bedrooms were comfortable, and it worked perfectly for our large group (we had 12 people total).Heads-up: there's no iron, so you may want to bring one. The Angel mural made for some fun photos, and there's even a liquor store next door cleverly named "The Library" in case you run out of supplies. The host was quick to respond, which we appreciated! There was a little confusion at check-in since we didn’t receive a room number in the instructions, but it was quickly resolved.Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect suite for our big group. The suite is very spacious. It has everything you need and only a 4 minute walk to Broadway. The liquor store was a bonus. Sherry is so easy to work with. We would definitely return! Cheers to The Maddox!

Not safe/hot and probably were going to take belongings

The place was clean and very spacious. However, beware three of the rooms have malfunctioning air and become very hot. It was obvious that the property manager had known prior. Each of these rooms had floor fans in them while the rooms that worked did not. Contacted properly manager immediately about the hot bedrooms and were told to reset breaker which did nothing.Biggest concern staying here would be safety! The area itself was great….but when someone enters your place unannounced with the code it’s very concerning. Our group of 12 left for brunch, however, one stayed back. To the person who entered and shouldn’t have they were surprise when one of friends stayed behind. Apparently, it was the “hotel” manager and they needed to know if a car parked outside was ours. Conveniently, came in after they thought we all left. Said they knocked and no one answered…why would you come in to ask if someone had a car parked there? Who were you asking if no one answered? And anyone who has been to Nashville knows you aren’t renting a car and driving around downtown. Contacted property manager about the safety concern and she did not respond for at least 8 hours…and then explained it was “hotel manager”…never responded back when questioned why she walked in and who she was going to ask if no one answered. Property manager lied and told VRBO there were glass windows on door and they could see in. Look at listing! Vrbo handled it best they could…do not stay here!!!

Perfect Place and location for our Group of 16

16 moms, daughters and friends stayed here and it was perfect! We all loved it! Descriptions and pictures were spot on and within 1-2 blocks we could get the few groceries and drinks we needed from the liquor store, Walgreens and grocery store. So nice to park our car and not need it until we left. Everything else was also just a short walk away. Audra was ALWAYS quick to respond with any questions I had. I would stay here again and also book with Audra again.
