Enjoyed my stay! Loved the ease of parking and walk to shops and restaurants. Mattress needs flipped. It is a little worn. Screens are missing from windows. Weather was so nice Friday, I opened them for some fresh air. The place smelled musty. But overall I liked the place and would stay at this location again.

Host has always been prompt in returning texts, friendly and professional. I wish the door window and the upper BR window were covered. I felt like occupants in the upper levels of the adjacent building could see in those windows. Also the blind on the window by the bed has an area where the outside light from the next building shines in my eyes when lying in bed. Other than that, the place was clean and comfortable. Very satisfied with our stay. We’ll see you soon. Thank you all

Loved the studio/apartment…. Layout, space, furnishings were very nice. It was clean. The bed was not the most comfortable, but we slept We had a problem with locking the door when leaving for the day, as there were no instructions on how to do that (Had to ask a neighbor)The trash can in the courtyard was overflowing. The side yards had weeds/grass at least 3 ft high. Thankful for the unit I had and no need to go out that way until our stay was over and took the trash to the dumpster. Will very much recommend “The Nomad” and will definitely stay there againThank You

Great, clean place to stay

Great place, very clean. Also very convenient if you have a child staying at Vanderbilt's childrens hopital. We were able to walk to restaurants and walk to the hospital without ever having to get in the car.
