Would stay again!

Property manager was AMAZING with communication. Easy to get in and out. Not far from downtown. Great trip, would stay again in a heartbeat.

Worst Experience Ever

From the start of checking in, it was a inconvenience and bad experience. First off you have to download an app and register to get in the building and again to get into the room. I was so tired and all i wanted to do is sleep after a long drive from Texas. Once i finally got in the room it was dirty with used towels thrown on the bathroom floor and bed had been slept in, sheets were messy. I messaged the person through vrbo to notify them and had to wait till they reached back out to me. They finally called and said they have 1 room available that i can use for the night till they clean my room the following day. They gave me the wrong code and had to wait again for the new code to the new room for the night. Then the following morning i am getting calls and messages while im still sleeping early in the morning that they needed me to move to my room and that it had been cleaned. I was very upset that i have to be moving all my things back and fourth. While on the phone she told me I hadnt paid which was false. I had to stop everything i was doing to check on this and saw i had already been charged so not sure if she was trying to make me pay twice.This was suppose to be a vacation and it was more work that relaxing. The walls are dirty, sofa is torn and arcade game does not work, it's just for show. I will never rent from this place again. It was a horrible experience. And on top of all the inconvenience I was charged 75 for late checkout. Very upsetting considering all the

Fun quick trip

This place was right in the middle of several places we wished to visit. It was nice and clean ! We enjoyed the fun decor of the apartment.

Bad area and incredibly loud

The check in process is inconvenient and you have to download a separate app, then wait for the app to send you entry details. The access information was not very clear and I had to ask to have it updated as I was waiting outside the door to enter. When I first entered the property I noticed all of the clocks were flashing on the range and microwave, they were missing multiple blinds on the balcony doors and the arcade they advertise was not functioning either. I brought this to the hosts attention via messenger along with requesting a later check out time. I never received an actual response only a generic response. If you would like to sleep past 6am I would suggest bringing sleep masks and ear muffs to cancel out the road noise. The couches are cheap, worn out and the cushions have gaps between them. There is a built in desk with no chair to use. Your second bed is in a closet with no other area to sleep. I hope you have a Harry Potter fantasy! Be prepared to find people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot, people in the hallways crying wearing almost no clothing and having no concerns for anyone else sharing the space. The parking lot is a disaster, multiple vehicles parked in multiple spaces, cars sitting in the lot blaring music and blocking vehicles in while waiting for others. Then when calling the number listed for contact at the property during checkout I spoke with a man who answered the phone and was not very helpful. 2/10 would not recommend.
