No Hot Chocolate in the room. Said it be 3 weeks before getting any. I dont drink coffee so it been nice to have another option other than coffee. Also wish there was a shuttle that could of took us to the Opry down the road. Love the food truck option there. All in all, it was a great stay.

great location

Love the location of this. Has plenty to do around it, but without the hustle of downtown. Quick ride to downtown, or you can take the shuttle. Room was nice, we got upgraded to a double room. Loved having the full kitchen and amenities. The only downside, which we knew going in, was that it's a timeshare type place. When you first check in, they bombard you with trying to do the 90 min presentation. We were actually interested so had no problem signing up for this, however we had no intention of throwing money down that day. We told them we were interested, but because it's a big purchase we needed time. They did not like this. It went from pleasant with the first person, then a little more pushy with the 2nd person, then downright rude and sarcastic with the woman at our "exit interview". We kept saying, it was great, we were interested but needed some time to talk it over but by the time we walked out of there, they had UNSOLD us. The stay was great, the place was great, but that part definitely left a sour taste. I would stay there again as a guest, but upfront would decline the presentation.
