Nice 2-room apartment located on the 2nd floor. Separate courtyard sea view and loggia with garden furniture with magnificent panoramic view of the sea. Capacity: 4 people. WIFI. Animals are allowed. Non smoking accommodation. Private car parking from July to october and access to a bike shed (closed).

Ground floor: living room with sofa, TV (French channels + DVD player), kitchenette with 2 electric plates, 1 removable induction plate, fridge-freezer, classic coffee maker and soft pods maker, toaster, kettle, mini-oven -micro- wave, a room with bed 140x190, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
Mezzanine with bed 140x190. 1 baby crib available.

Ideal for a holiday close to the beach, with a view that provides relaxation and well-being.
