対応含め最悪
本サイトから11/18に予約、支払いを完了。
11/23に宿泊に伺うも部屋の用意がなく、宿泊できないとのこと。
当日、奈良ではなく京都であれば宿泊できると一応部屋を用意いただく。
奈良→京都、徒歩含め2時間のロス、交通費はもちろん考慮されず。
宿についたのは日付のかわった1220ごろ。
荷物を置き、身軽に観光をするために2泊でとっていたが、24日は奈良で、と言われ
そもそも23日も部屋が確保できていない状況・・・そちらの不手際ですので無料キャンセルでお願いします、と電話・メールでも連絡済み
11/27時点、未だなんの返信もなく、返金もない。
