We really enjoyed our stay at the Terrazzo Home in Briarwood. The living room and kitchen were spacious and well stocked for lounging and cooking. The beach amenities stored in the garage were perfect for beach goers. The Lanai and pool was kept clean by maintenance and was just the right size for not more than four people. We also paid extra to have the pool heated and was given a nice discount on the heating charge when other amenities were not working properly in the home to our liking. The grill had one of three burners that would not auto ignite, so we had to light the burner manually. Also the one primary bathroom toilet would not operate properly because the shutoff valve was broken. A temporary fix was provided by the maintenance staff to get the toilet to work. Our biggest problem was the absolutely POOR internet connectability and TV cable/streaming service in the home. The maintenance staff would show up and get the TV service working once we starting using the correct remote. As soon as the staff would exit the home, the TV service was interrupted multiple times. My wife and I would love to come back to the gated and quiet community in Briarwood and the Terrazzo Home in the future after the few shortcomings are fixed properly and permanently. The maintenance staff were friendly too.
