I rented this house because the online pictures looked very appealing, but in reality, the property needs significant improvements. The bed and sheets in the master bedroom were covered in dog hair, and the ceiling was leaking directly over the bed. The back door has a broken lock, making it impossible to secure and feel safe. Additionally, a large roach came out from under the couch in the living room, and the seats around the swimming pool were dirty and had dog feces.I was very disappointed with my stay. Out of the five days I had booked, I only stayed for two nights due to these issues. I requested a refund for the remaining days and received it, but I was still charged several fees, resulting in a significant financial loss. Overall, my experience was extremely frustrating, and I cannot recommend this property.
