Lovely flat with wonderful private terrace!

My flat is located in Bagnoli, 1 min walk from the Metro station wich you can easely reach the city center in 20 min. It has a private terrace with an amazing view on Capri. Nearby you'll find the beach, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and more.

It is totally renovated and is composed by:
-one bedroom with a double bed + a sofa bed (with Lcd TV)
-a living area furnished with LCD TV and fireplace
-a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs
-one bathroom with bath and shower
-air conditioning
-brand new lift / elevator

Convenient, clean and surprisingly quiet. Parking garage right across street. 2 minute walk to train/subway system where automatic ticket machine costs 1.40 euro for up to 90 minute ride/connections.. Walking the other directions 2 blocks is 3rd generation pizza restaurant, where I last had their pizza in 1969. Of interest to me was could see former NATO base from windows/deck. 2 full selection grocery stores also were only couple blocks away. Mariano quickly responded to any questions or directions. We always felt safe walking in the neighborhood. We had fun staying here and would/will stay here again. Craig/Marcia

Perfect apartment. Great location and a wonderful host.

We loved our stay in Mariano's apartment. The apartment was very clean, convenient and located in a nice locality. Very conveniently located in a suburb of Naples, with easy access to Naples metro system and the motorway to all attractions in the area. Our 11 day stay in Naples was not long enough to see all the attractions in the area. We had a fantastic holiday and helped by Mariano's information, who gave lots of good advice. Mariano is most friendly and a perfect host. We would recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to visit Naples and the Amalfi Coast.

Vi havde et godt ophold i en charmerende lejlighed. Området var stille og roligt. Lejligheden ligger indenfor rækkevidde af forskellige oplevelser, der havde deres udgangspunkt i den vulkanske aktivitet, der er i området. Der var en strand i nærheden, der blev brugt godt.

BIEN SITUE - BONNES PRESTATIONS

Situé dans un quartier populaire (Bagnoni) de la périphérie de Naples, avec des plages à proximité et la station ferroviaire de Bagnoni Terme à quelques mètres qui permet de rejoindre le centre ville en 40 minutes avec des trains toutes les 20/30 minutes ou pour aller au port de Pozzuoli pour embarquement vers Ischia ou promenades en mer. Selon programme prendre un billet à la journée pour tous les transports (train, métro, bus, funiculaire) à 4,50€ L'appartement est au 4ème étage avec ascenseur dans un immeuble de standing correct avec quelques aménagements de détails qui pourraient en augmenter sensiblement le confort. L'accueil de Mariano est très convivial et les possibilités de contact faciles (mail, téléphone) si nécessaire. La famille habite dans l'immeuble. Le quartier est agréable, animé avec un marché local typique et bien achalandé. Marchands de poisson et de fruits aux coins des rues. Très bonne pizzeria à 50 m (Gennaro 2). Garage couvert et gardé en face de l'immeuble avec des prix raisonnables (40/50€ la semaine). Oublier la voiture à Naples pour les transports en commun. Pour les visites, faire ce que les bons guides et sites conseillent avec un passage obligé dans les quartiers espagnols et au Musée archéologique où toutes les fresques et mosaïques de Pompéi et Herculanum sont réunies. Naples a mille visages, très différents, il est intéressant d'en découvrir quelques uns.

Wir(Ehepaar 73 Jahre) waren 11 Tage mit unserem Sohn in dieser Wohnung. Ganz wesentlich war die funktionierende Zentralheizung. Leider war es zu kalt und zu regnerisch, um die Terrasse zu benutzen. Sehr schade. Bagnoli ist als Stützpunkt ideal, besonders wenn man, wie wir die Phlegräischen Felder besuchen will, Cuma, Monte di Procida, Bacoli ( Piscina mirabile) Grotta di Seiano ( sehr zu empfehlen), Lago Averno.. Mariano und sein Bruder waren sofort hilfsbereit, wenn wir ein Problem hatten ( Föhn, Internetverbindung, Beleuchtung Schlafzimmer).

appartement simple et parfaitement adapté pour des petits séjours. Tout près du métro pour Naples, très pratique pour visiter cette belle ville et sa campagne. Mais se balader à Bagnole où se trouve cet appartement a aussi son charme, d'ailleurs de la terrasse on voit la mer, comment résister à la promenade ! accueil très aimable de Mariano, le propriétaire.

Ponte dell'Immacolata a Napoli

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamentino durante il ponte dell'Immacolata : buona posizione per raggiungere Napoli - metropolitana e cumana raggiungibili in pochissimi minuti - Appartamento tenuto molto bene e pulito - proprietario gentile e disponibile. Essendo in 4 adulti lo spazio e' risultato un po' sacrificato rispetto alla camera da letto e rispetto all'equipaggiamento della cucina . Napoli e' comunque una citta' meravigliosa - val la pena visitarla .
