This guest house is located in a great location, close to everything. When booking it, I was under the impression that there was a balcony off every room but this is not accurate; there is a balcony off of the lobby area and we were open to use that at any time and we did. On our first night, we had an issue with the shower not draining and flooding the floor. We reported it immediately, which was on a Friday night. They advised that they would have someone there the next morning to look at it. I explained to them that we had a very early excursion booked for the next day and needed to use the shower before then. They promptly sent someone over to fix it that night. Their communication was excellent and the staff were amazing. The young lady working the front desk was exceptional, very sweet and helpful. We even ran into her outside the building after hours and asked her about something and she was very helpful. We asked if they had an iron and they advised they would leave it in our room the next day and they did. Our only issue was when the cleaning lady took all the wet towels out from cleaning up the flooded floor, she did not bring us new ones. Since the reception is not 24 hours, I could not ask for them and went looking for some but could not find any. I truly believe this was an oversight because everything else was so great. The room is on the smaller side (green room) but absolutely perfect for two people. We would definitely stay here again.

Love this place, staff are very friendly and helpful. They waited for me when I arrived late at night, explain to me where all the attractions were. Room was nice and cozy. It has a very cute balcony. Hotel is right by the Toledo metro station and shopping street which was very convenient. Walking distance to most main attractions.

Convenient stay near Beverello port

I booked this hotel for an overnight stay close to the Beverello port. The property itself felt very secure and safe, just off the Toledo metro stop and a 15-16min walk to the port. The street was very loud in the evenings until quite late at night, as there is significant pedestrian traffic. My booking included breakfast as an amenity but there was no breakfast to be found, the espresso/coffee machine didn't work and there was no one at the front desk to talk to which was a bit frustrating. Other than that, this stay was quite suitable for my needs.

Great location, amazing rooms

Great hotel to stay at! Incredibly convenient location right next to Toledo station and the Spanish quarter with beautiful restaurants, music, bars and atmosphere. Highly recommend. We woke up to a black out one morning which wasn’t ideal but out of the hotel’s control. Staff were helpful in sorting this out quickly.

2 things I liked about the property. 1)Location is excellent, 2)Check in was easy and friendly. Aside from that, I would not stay here again. The hotel upon entry had a very strong bad smell. Something like you might get from a serious flood/molding. Our specific unit did not smell quite as bad, but still not good. The unit was dirty. There was heavy dust in many places. The shower was moldy. The shower head was crusted and poor and the drain was clogged and the shower would flood if turned on at max flow. I hesitated from using any of the amenities like the coffee machine in the common area because I did not trust it to be sanitary.

Lovely and convenient spot to stay. The location is very central and within walking distance to tons of restaurants and sites. The room was very clean and bright, facilities were well maintained. Reception was very helpful, allowing us to check in early, breaking down the area, and getting us set up with a taxi to the airport. Simple amenities but everything you need if you’re going to be out and about in the city.
