You will fall in love with the luxurious primary suite and main bath which feels like a spa retreat. There are many upgrades throughout including custom lighting, unique ceiling fans, plantation shutters, chefs kitchen, and beautiful artwork in every room. A screened lanai overlooking a lake and lush landscaping, in addition to an attached one car garage, provide privacy and security. The Crescent has its own community pool nearby and all the amenities of Pelican Bay are available to you including the tram to the beach and restaurants. No motorhomes, no RVs , campers. $100 Online Application fee is required. Amount is subject to change.
