This well-furnished cottage offers stunning views of the lake and is conveniently located within walking distance to the Naples Causeway. The main level features a recently renovated galley kitchen that overlooks the lake and an open floor plan that allows guests to gather in the kitchen, family room, and deck areas. The walkout basement features a separate living area that provides easy access to the lake and another great spot to unwind, and the newly added half bathroom adds to the convenience. This lakefront retreat is stocked with all the comforts of home, including a hammock, swing, fire pit, kayaks, and a canoe. The natural setting, with trees and greenery at the boundaries, offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The beach is sandy with a shallow entry, perfect for water play. The dock and mooring can accommodate up to a 24-foot boat, and 2 kayaks and 1 canoe are provided for more adventures! With over 40 miles of boatable waterway, this property offers a perfect opportunity to create lifelong memories with your family!

Great lakefront house

Excellent location, private beach, private dock. The house is very well-organized, everything you need is right at hand.
