This stunning updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is in the peaceful, gated community of Briarwood and has perfect exposure allowing the pool area to catch the sun all morning and most of the afternoon. The house features an open-plan living space that flows out to the covered lanai and pool area, vaulted ceilings, dining area, and a breakfast bar.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with patio doors that open onto the pool area, a walk-in closet, a smart TV and en-suite bathroom with double sink vanity, soaking tub and large shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed with g sliding doors that opens onto the pool.
These to bedrooms share the guest bathroom with a tub/shower.
The house features a fantastic pool area with ample outdoor space in a very private setting. The pool lanai area catches the sun throughout the day while the outdoor dining space (by the patio doors) is pleasantly shaded. The veranda also has sun loungers.
The Briarwood has two communal pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball and beach volley courts and recently built children's playground free to use . Spectacular beaches, stylish downtown Naples, and public golf courses to suit all abilities offering club hire are only a short drive away.
