This is a beautiful Key West style home in a wonderful neighborhood less than 1 mile from Vanderbilt Beach. The upstairs has 3 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms with a large family room and dining area. The downstairs has a large living room that also has 1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds and 2 large couches to sleep family and friends. There is an oversize boat dock great area to hang out.

Please note: There is a daily fee to heat the pool / hot tub $65.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area. Good but need some improvements!

Communication with owner was very prompt and friendly. House was very clean and inviting. Kayaks were a lot of fun! Fabulous, large entertaining area off kitchen. Pool was well kept. Many minor issues need to be addressed, such as the rail leading into the house was very loose, screen panels were knocked out, some baseboard gone in kitchen, walls had some cracks, and master bath towel bar was broken. Overall, lovely atmosphere, comfortable beds, and beautiful view.

Excellent experience In beautiful Naples

Our 1st experience with VRBO and everything with this property met or exceeded our hopes and expectations. Property itself was great (still getting small things repaired from hurricane) but none that affected the stay. Communication was great! All of our questions during the stay were answered immediately. We never felt like we were on our own, but we also felt like the place was ours. Would definitely book again!

We had an awesome time at this property! The check in process could not have been easier and the place was immaculate! It was the perfect home for our family with all the amenities we needed. Our kids had a blast swimming in the pool and hot tub. They also loved playing basketball outside and in the pool. The home was beautiful and spacious for our family of five. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful! We loved the location and walked to the beach every day. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Naples! We would definitely stay here again!!

Beyond Expectations

We rented this property for friends all in their 40's for a Bachelor/Bachelorette weekend. There were 12 of us. There are 3 bedrooms on main living floor and then on bottom floor there is a bar, ping pong table and another bedroom with 4 bunk beds and a queen bed. Plenty of a space for sleeping. Plenty of space in and around the pool. Home was very clean and tastefully decorated. Great location to beaches, shopping & restaurants. Highly recommend this listing. Also a bonus that I may have missed in the listing. We went out and bought 4 bags of ice to find out that there is an ice machine in the kitchen.

Very comfortable home

The house is great and has a lot of amenities for families. The kids played ping pong and fished off the dock which was great. Additionally, we all took out the kayaks and paddle boards for a few hours on the canals. It was amazing for all.

Loved our stay

We loved the property and the location. Property manager willing to answer all our questions in a timely matter. We brought our 12 yr old grandson and he loved it especially the ping pong table and quick to tell everyone he beat us every time. Highly recommend.

Very nice location

The neighborhood is very nice with many surrounding waterfront mansions. The house itself is nice, but a little more dated in person than shown in the pictures. But everything else was nice including the dock with paddle boards and kayaks. Pool and hot tub were great!

Incredible Property and Great Communication!

The house was beautiful and we had an amazing time at the property. The pool was the perfect temperature and clean, they had a bunch of pool items to use as well as kayaks and paddle boards to take on the intercoastal. We had a super easy time checking in and out and the property manager was very accommodating and kind. Highly recommended!
