I don't recommend

Not so good experience. I won't go there back. On Internet they say all taxes are paid but when we arrived they asked us to pay the city fees. On Internet didn't say but the toilet was in the hallway and the shower didn't worked properly. In the room one socket was broken. All the doors were hard to open, the keys did not seem to fit.

I don't normally leave reviews but the place was pretty bad. There was an excessive amount of mold in the Bathroom. The room was loud, the hallway light showed through into the room. The toilet leaked water all over the bathroom, and one night the door trim fell off making a very loud noise.

Good location and AC, but that's about it. Shower was scolding hot for about 40 seconds then ice cold, didnt get one decent shower the entire time. In addition to the taxes, we were charged an additional €20 per night due to a booking error in the system. This was to cover additional expenses for my partner, which was just replacing the towels (which was only scheduled to happenevery 3 days anyway). Bed was uncomfortable, drain in shower was clogged, TV didn't work (even after they fixed it the first night), wifi didn't work in rooms, kitchen was dirty and missing all cooking utensils. Extremely disappointed, very overpriced. Worst place we have ever stayed in Europe.

Location to all services is great , close to city and all public transport and restaurants.. Bathroom was too small for our liking .overall the room was ok has we only used room tosleep and shower..Service was ok but unlikely to stay their again..receptionist was friendly and helpful..

Nice staff- nice room but dirty

The hotel is located in central Naples, it looks nice as it seems to be newly decorated but it is dirty as we couldn’t walk the floor without slipper if we didn’t didn’t want to have our feet black. Same for the bathroom. It’s like no mop has ever been used. The hotel says breakfast is included but what u get is a small table with two kind of cakes, one bowl of cereals and one white yoghurt along with two kind of juices. Not to mention the fact that there is a girl coming in every morning at 7.30 to settle the tables for breakfast and she makes so much noise that it’s impossible to sleep. Overall more than a hotel this seems to us an apartment used as a bed and breakfast.

They upgraded me the room free of charge due to an over booking. So I had to move down the road to another of their sister hotels . The room was great.

Well worth the stay.

Safe, all apartments are entered from a private courtyard. Excellent position within short walking distance of the Archeologial Museum housing artifacts from Pompeii, the train station, and the Sottoranea (the underground tunnels of Naples). Note: museum is closed Mondays. Enormous choice of eating places among the narrow winding streets.

Great value

Best breakfast in all places I stayed in Italy. Super friendly and helpful service, charming building and especially roof. I would only warn people the bathroom is pretty dark and good luck shaving your legs in the shower but you aren't overpaying for it.

The main reason we chose this property was because they advertised self-serve laundry, and we had just completed a 12 day European cruise and we had lot of laundry, which they did not!!!! (we figured they would have some kind of the coin operated machines, very disappointing) Our Train got To Naples at about1:30, we had three large pieces of luggage and we got to the property about 10 minutes early so we figured we would leave our luggage there until the room is ready, after walking up the flight of stairs with our luggage to find out that no one was there and the doors were locked. We went to a business next door and called the property number and they said someone will be there in 10 minutes. The person that came did not speak any English and didn't have any documents explaining how to access the property or how to use the locking system or anything. When we got to the room it was dirty, stains on the bed comforter, mold in the shower, the towel rack was barely above the bidet, the TV didn't work and the toilet seat was broken. We again called the property phone number, to complain about the condition of the room and we wanted to move rooms or cancel, she told us no cancelations, but she sent the girl back to room to clean the shower and try to fix the TV but she had to call someone else to fix it. We never saw a single person until the next morning when she made coffee and gave us a croissant, I guess that was the breakfast.

Convenient & affordable place to stay in Naples

The flat was part of a big block with a shared kitchen/dining area. Security was good. However, the toilet & shower room is a bit small & not ensuite - though for private use. The owners had been very helpful with local recommendations for food & allowing us to keep luggage till later in the common area as we had a late pm flight and didn't wish to enjoy the city with travel bags in tow.

Gorgeous B&B in centre on Naples

A beautiful place, stunning in design and perfectly kept. Modern and overlooking Piazza Dante so it's easy to get around or go out to eat or meet friends. But the square is on is noisy from 7am until around 2am so be prepared for this. Less than 20 min from train station and close to metro links. My main problem with this hotel is that the address is not where the rooms are and this means taxi or excursions all go further down the street. If your arrive early also you will be waiting in an empty courtyard until one of the owners comes to find you. This needs correcting quickly for customers. It isn't useful or nice to have to follow a person up a busy main street with your luggage to the correct address. The area is quite rough so don't get it mixed up with hotels in pretty locations... This is in centre Naples, and that is not a pretty place.

Beautiful decor overlooking a piazza

Fantastic location. Hotel was close to all the attractions and great Naples pizza. The staff were incredibly helpful, finding us a place to park our car and offering advice on where to go. Bed and room were huge, super comfortable and stylishly decorated.

Ho trovato molto assurdo chiedere 200€ di cauzione che spero mi vengano restituiti presto. Non mi è mai capitato e giro l'Italia dal nord al sud. Camera confortevole ma la pulizia dovrebbe essere migliorata, rifacendo soprattutto il bagno un po' vecchio e usurato.

Viajmos a Nápoles, pero buscamos otro alojamiento. Por varios motivos. Habia que ir a buscar las llaves a kilomteros del alojamiento. En una ciudad tan caótica, eso es un crimen. Además de lo pagado, te hacían pagar casi 50€ de tasas más 200€ de fianza a devolver en más de in mes. Todo eso nos hizo declinarnos por dar por perdido lo pagado y biscar otro alojamiento.

Über Expedia habe ich ein Hotel direkt am Piazza Dante in Neapel gebucht, ausdrücklich mit Blick auf den Platz. Leider war die Erfahrung äußerst enttäuschend. Bei unserer Ankunft standen wir über zwei Stunden vor verschlossener Tür – ohne jegliche Information vor Ort. Erst später erfuhren wir, dass sich der Check-in in einem völlig anderen Teil der Stadt befindet. Das Personal vor Ort war unfreundlich und weigerte sich, auf Englisch zu kommunizieren oder weiterzuhelfen. Der Check-in hat uns zusätzlich 200 € gekostet, zuzüglich einer Servicegebühr von 130 €. Zudem bekamen wir kein Zimmer am Piazza Dante, sondern in einer anderen, weniger attraktiven Lage. Das Zimmer selbst entsprach in keiner Weise den Bildern auf Ihrer Website – es war klein, laut und insgesamt enttäuschend. Leider hat Expedia in dieser Angelegenheit bisher nichts unternommen. Sowohl vom Hotel als auch vom Buchungsservice hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Die Stadt war wunderbar – aber die Unterkunft hat unseren Aufenthalt stark beeinträchtigt. Mit enttäuschten Grüßen

Top Lage. Perfekter Shuttle Service. Zimmer jedoch alt und klein. Das Badezimmer ist winzig. Eine neue, funktionierende Duschbrause wäre definitiv kein Luxus. Wi-Fi gratis und schnell.
