Room was outdated. Mattress was old and very soft. Spa bath had brown algae when turned on. Dirty mirrors and walls. Bathroom door had to be slammed to shut. Asked for a room refresh and didnt get new towels. Advertised as luxury suites. Wont be staying there again.

Stained carpet, bathroom missing fixture for soap etc, toilet seat heavily corroded unhygenic plastic (i.e.) suface like sandpaper with plastic breaking down. Basically badly in need of refurbish. Only the outside of complex appeared freshly painted and appealing

Room - two light bulbs had blown and not been replaced. There were anys coming from the bathroom to the kitchen. No complementary offering of coffee unless i wanted decafe. Plenty of tea or hot chocolate. No complementary milk. There was however someones half 2ltr bottle of milk and apple juice in the fridge. Not sure why these were left behind. Bathroom - spa bath did not work. Wasn't a requirement but more of a luxury provided and not in working condition. Some mold growing around the top of the bath that needs some attention. Bedroom - no net curtains in the back bedroom. Had to keep the cutains closed in darkness. Would have been nice to open them but not a major inconvenience Only had one interaction with staff while asking for another rubbish bag. No staff at check in or check out.

We liked the space in the apartment. Just need to fix the on button for the spa bath! Nice and quiet area. Walkable to nearby restaurant! Will go back!

Firstly, nobody behind counter rung number on note on the counter, no answer second, was supposed to be a daily room service, there wasn't, wet towels were left on the floor, smelt like mold the next day, thirdly had to buy toilet paper because nobody came to top up

Nice easy stay, provided late check in for us. Room was big and had lots of ammenities. Clean kitchen, bathroom and lounge. The only down thing we experienced were the Utes that parked in the entrance way, real tight to squeeze past. Friendly reception too :) would stay again!

My son had his regional basketball tournament at the Pettigrew Stadium just down the road which was awesome to be so close. This property was great for the price and we had dinner next door which was lovely pub grub -large meals and cheap cocktails!! Unfortunately there was a very noisey group who woke us all up pretty early in the morning!

This motel was very quiet and peaceful – that's a big deal for me. It's within short walking distance of the main shopping area in Taradale, which has many bakeries, cafes, bars and restaurants. The staff of the motel were very friendly and they gave us a free upgrade to a two-roomed unit – that was VERY kind – it blew us away.
