Beautiful bathroom with double vanity, heated marble floors and over sized triple head shower with perpetual hot water system. Full pull out custom sofa with plush mattress. Washer and dryer. Perfectly located to everything you need. Watching the ferry come and go was a pleasure. The only knock to everything was that we waited all day to check in and it was not cleaned from the last guest and the owner would not respond to any of my messages to let me know what was going on. The house itself was truly a gem.

Eliza Cottage was the perfect Nantucket retreat—beautifully appointed, cozy, and full of charm. The location was ideal for exploring town, restaurants, shopping, and then returning to relax in peace. Loved the harbor/ beach view! Parking spot was a huge bonus as well!! Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and we felt right at home. Very clean and so many amenities! Great property and a great location

Loved this cottage. It was perfect for the two of us plus our puppy. And it was in the perfect location: across the street from the Children's Beach, 4 houses down from the White Elephant and the Brant Point Grill restaurant, and 3 blocks from downtown Nantucket. It was new, spotless, charming and the appliances and accommodations were exemplary. Would definitely stay here again
