It is a lovely area and the condo itself is newly renovated. We saw small cleanliness issues when we arrived. Dog hair on/candies under the couch, silverfish in the tub with the drain closed so they couldn't get out. Because it was dog friendly condo we assumed our allergies were from residual dog dander in the furniture. I was booked for 16 days. my son and daugher-in-law stayed the first weekend, had severe allergies and left. When it was rainy out and I spent a long time int he unit, I experience allergy symptoms. A week into my 16 day trip I dropped a cap under the bed and was appalled by the dog hair (in a big ball) and dust under the bed. This was first thing in the morning, I contacted the property manager and sent her a picture of the issue under the bed. She did not get back to me even though she saw the picture. I had to phone her. She was not apologetic at all but she offered me a refund for the next part of my stay which I gladly accepted. This was first thing in the morning, we got off the phone at 9:15. I was on my own and couldn't be out by 11:00 AM. She charged me for the additional night as it took me past 11:00 AM to pack up. Then she charged me an additional 150 telling me it was my hypoallergenic, non-shedding dog that caused her team 4 hours to clean a unit that wasn't clean in the first place. The condo was lovely. I feel for the owners who are clearly unaware that their management company isn't doing the job it is paid to be doing..
