When we complained at night that the heater was not functioning properly, staff dealt with it quickly. But the system that the temperature in the room was preset and the guest could not turn it lower or use AC in winter was dumb. It wasted energy and made the room unnecessarily hot at 26C.

Terrible service and not friendly with foreigners
Hotel was so so and the location was good, metro station and mall nearby. Staff don't speak English, so communication was very difficult. They sell the idea that Wifi is free but it is not, they charge you daily for the service. I paid for room and breakfast, but when I got to the hotel they said ...
