Our family stayed here for 3 nights. Very clean throughout the hotel ( rooms, bathrooms, pool, dining). Comfortable beds and pillows. Incredible buffet breakfast. Would definitely stay here again and recommend. The hotel is connected to a mall, Aqua City. We visited there daily and shopped in BHG grocery on B2 for snacks, water. Best restaurant is Grandmas Home in mall next door. Wish that restaurant had chains in USA.

This was actually my 2nd time staying here. The first time was about 4 or 5 years ago and it didn't leave much of an impression to me. All I could remember was that it was next to a shopping mall. For this trip, I decided to try out the public transport of the city. I was not disappointed. At the left and right of the hotel, there are 2 metro lines passing by, about 8 minutes walk of about 500m. One line brings you directly to Nanjing Station (6 stations away) and the other to Nanjing South Station (also 6 stations away). Most of the time, each trip cost only RMB2 in the city. It was a very cheap and efficient way to travel if you are not carrying a lot of things. It seems to me that the hotel has gone through a renovation. Room was comfortable and well design. Service of the staff was pleasant and efficient. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall with a lot of eateries. It is also located right opposite the Confucius Temple tourist area. Around it, there are more malls and eateries, selling various kinds of food (fast, local, western, other provinces, etc). I also used the gym twice during my 2 nights stay there. It also has a good size swimming poo; Though I was there for business, it is actually a good place to stay when having a vacation/tour of Nanjing, be it individual or family.

This was the best Hotel we have stayed in in China. The staff were amazing, so helpful nothing was to much trouble. The room was very comfortable. Upgraded to a club room and got free buffet dinner and breakfast. A lot of the staff spoke English and were clearly very well trained.

Stayed 12 nights. Large room and nice bathroom. Very good location, very close to two subway lines, and very close to the Nanjing Confucius Temple, and adjacent to the Aqua City Mall. The breakfast was pretty nice, very friendly staff that helped me trying traditional Chinese's breakfast options. Average gym. Nice swimming pool. Overall very nice.

Feels a bit like coming home to this hotel as I have stayed here on average twice a year for the last 3 or 4 years for work duties in Nanjing. The staff are terrific and make a big effort to ensure you have a good stay. Nice touch that many staff remember my name and my preferences, be it special pillows or my coffee for breakfast. Make an effort to engage with the staff and they will make an extra effort to make your stay enjoyable. Everything worked well in the room; TV, internet, fridge and the room was very clean. housekeeping staff are wonderful. One tip for coffee lovers, try the Ristenpatt café bakery over the road from Aqua City. Just new and wonderful coffee and food.

This is restaurant with a typical western menus. The starter was OK but not more Three guys shared a 1 kg Australian stek, it was very good, but I missed the vegetables, we tried to sideorder, but we only got the frenchfries. Good but expensive wine.

Stayed here for 5 nights during our adoption trip. Was not our first choice as we prefer a service apartment but this is where our agency requested we stay for their convenience. Had an issue at check-in as they sad they didnt have th esuite we reserved online. Our agency rep was able to straighten it out after about an hour of back and forth. Suite was large and clean, bed was comfortable. They brought in a cot for our new son. A/c worked great which is important to me. We didn't buy the breakfast buffet but there is a mall attached to the hotel, another mall next door and a Star bucks around the corner. We walked to Confucius Temple twice and also walked to the Yuyuan Gardens, which were both great. Indoor pool was ice cold and it appears that residents use it for their daily swimming.

I've stayed here a couple times, which I guess says I don't hate it. I lived in Nanjing for a few years and when I go back, enjoy walking around this part of town. The experience of the hotel is fine. Very much like a Holiday Inn anywhere. Breakfast is good, not great. Lots of restaurants in the attached mall but also easy to find real local places walking around the area. Next to the tourist area of Confucius Temple. But better to eat elsewhere if you don''t want tourist food. If you have a local office, better to have them make the reservation since they will get a better deal. Important to get breakfast included if you like breakfast. If the cost is important, use a local (not international) hotel. There are many good ones and unfortunately, many bad ones.

Our son surprised us with a 3 night stay at this clean and comfy hotel when we visited him recently. Delicious breakfast smorgasbord with a wide range of food options. Comfy king-size bed with great pillows. Fab shower. Our only adjustment was the duvet being so thick for a 24C room, that we took the filler out and slept with just the cover. We appreciated the executive suite upgrade when we were delayed checking in and with slow elevators one afternoon.

My husband and I came for our first visit to Nanjing and found this hotel to be a perfect spot to stay. It is close to several tourist attractions and attached to a huge mall. So one never is very far from what one needs in terms of food and drinks. Hotel staff are helpful and tries to converse in english which we appreciated. They upgraded us to a suite which is so nice. We love it here and will come back to stay again.
