The accommodations were comfortable and clean. A comfortable bed is crucial to be able to rest and enjoy a holiday, and we got what we needed in the rest department. We also appreciated the view. In our situation, what was most important was the professionalism and skill of the property manager. Her response when things didn’t go so well was 5 star. We couldn’t have received better service and will book again because of the trust she established.

This property was great to stay in. Beautiful view of the water, quiet and peaceful. Felt very private for being in a basement suite in a neighbourhood. Updated amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay!

Property was just as advertised. Very clean, lovely neighborhood. There is beach access but be forewarned it is down quite a few stairs. Loved just sitting on the patio watching the water. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect equipped appartment. We’ve also happy that we have and can use washing machine and dryer. Best and most nice thing was the ocean view. We enjoyed this every day.

We were contacted 18 hours prior to checking in by company advising us no heat or hot water in rental.They offered us a rental 45 minutes north of Nanaimo which was not suitable to our visit to grandchildren.We were concerned that the owners were not living in the home as they were unaware of no heat till they checked rental.Money was refunded promptly and we were able to find another rental for our 8 day stay.

Great Eagle Habitat

We were very comfortable and found the view outstanding. We were able to watch Bald Eagles, quail and many seabirds in their natural habitat from the large picture window overlooking the Salish Sea and the Winchelsea Islands.
