very quiet, clean and the rooms were well equiped. The staff was very friendly. It would have been wonderful if they had a couple EV chargers, but the regular plug ins were fine as long as other vehicles weren't parked in the way. I would definately recommend this place.

This is always our favourite place to stay when flying out the next morning. The staff are amazing and usually let us check in a little early when they can. The property is always spotless and the beds are super comfy! Looking forward to coming back in the next month or two.

While our experience was generally okay, there were a few areas that could be improved. We understand that the hotel was undergoing minor renovations during our stay, and we appreciate that. However, our room was smaller than we had hoped, and unfortunately, there were no larger rooms available when we requested an upgrade. We did find the location to be very convenient for traveling between Ladysmith and Nanaimo. Additionally, despite being located off the main highway, the rooms were surprisingly quiet. I did have a few minor complaints. We were a family of four, and there never seemed to be enough clean towels for all of us. Also, our room was not properly serviced each day; we didn't always have freshly made beds or a restock of items like towels, although the garbage and recyclables were taken. Despite these issues, we would consider staying with you again due to the convenient location. We hope that the towel situation has been resolved by then.
