I was told that my room would be cleaned after 2 days. It was not. It was never touched the time that I was there. The homeless and druggies were a little to close to this property. It became a little loud

I rated property conditions low because of the location of my room. I booked a standard room only to find when I got there out the window, I’m looking at pieces of machinery on the second floor. I wasn’t able to have the drapes open at all. The description on the website had no pictures of the room views which is misleading. $260 a night seems like a lot when I couldn’t even open the drape to look outside. Disappointing for my first visit.

Poor computer or credit card reader for incidentals. Evening desk clerk asked me to put my pin in twice, even though it worked the first time. She said she would delete one of the two ‘holds’. Double pin entries is the most common form of credit and debit card theft at the point of use by employees. The following morning, the clerk said he had no record of my credit card hold in the computer. When I complained of the double entry of my pin the night before, he somehow found my credit card in the system. Please deal with this.

The hotel staff was great and the check in process was quick which was appreciated with my arrival in the wee hours of the morning. Parking was right across the street and was easy to find a stall. The only complaint I had was the bed was a little worn on one side, but I moved to the other side as it was just me and it was fine.
