The entire cottage includes the 3br 2ba of this listings PLUS a separate, single level living space with a kitchenette, king bedroom, full bathroom, and full outdoor area access with an additional outdoor shower. The downstairs apt is perfect for extended family, folks with mobility limitations, or just extra space. To add the apartment to your booking, it is $100/night extra in the summer months and $75-95 extra in the shoulder/off-season. There is also an additional $75 cleaning fee.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! We were able to bring both of our large dogs with us because of the fenced in backyard. The walk to the beach was easy and the owner really thought of all the little details. We can’t wait to go back!

The property was recently renovated - kitchen, bathrooms, rooms - and very nice. Fantastic location a block and a half walk to the E Albatross St beach access in Nags Head. We always look for a dog friendly home close to the beach. This was by far the best place for location and accommodations. The house is clean and well equipped. Great for pets. It's literally a block from the public beach access, 3 minute walk. Highly recommend.

Nothing but great things to say about this property! The house was well-stocked. The location was such an easy stroll to the beach. We rented the main and lower level that gave us older adults quiet space from those wanting to stay up all night on the main level. All the beach chairs and wagons saved us from having to pack them. The outdoor area was wonderful to grill and eat outside in privacy. The two outside showers were outstanding to keep the beach out of the house. Well worth the stay!!

Great week in Nags Head

The house worked out great for us. It was clean, well appointed and in a great location. Easy walk to the beach and shopping is very close. The front porch is awesome and we enjoyed many dinners / game nights in the back yard. I was very happy to have inside storage for our bikes. I highly recommend this house.
