急な問い合わせにもわざわざ丁寧に電話で対応していただけて安心して利用できました、 これは度重なる利用者の問題で住民の訴えだと思うのですが、上の階からの床を叩く嫌がらせが凄かったので、少し不快でした。 私たちは会話も小声で最小限にしてたのですが、滞在されることに対してストレスを感じてる方が住んでいるんでしょうね。気の毒です 宿泊は何ら問題ありません！
