Wonderful access to the train station, and being on the quiet side of the train station, we were not subjected to as much traffic. The room was arranged efficiently for a small double room. Appreciated the shelving above the bed and desk area. Bathroom was roomier than most. We would stay here again.
The hotel is located on the back of the Nagano station connected by a bridge. It’s just 5 minutes walk. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had a view of the mountains too. We enjoyed the stay very much!
