Beadbugs everywhere!

BEDBUGS BEDBUGS BEDBUGS. Warbing to anyone wanting to reserve a room here, please don't at any cost. There were bedbugs in each of the rooms they changed us around to. The staff seemed like they couldn't care less about this issue. They refused to reimburse us after we complained (only on the third day). The service was horrible.

Pathetic but cheap, not recomended for families

Our stay was cut short because of poor service. Room was clean however the AC was broken and spewed only cold air. It's a hoax that they provide 24/7 hot water. Had to take cold water bath agree the hot water stopped. The shower was broken. The switches didn't accommodate 3pin plugs.

現金払いをしなくてすむように前払いでカード決済にしたのに、ホテル側の問題なのか引き落としがされず、現金で支払う羽目になりました。
