Horrible

The popcorn ceiling kept falling on us. We reached out to the booking agency who didn’t get any over until the second to last day. We stayed Saturday through Saturday (cleanup on Wednesday evening). The ceiling kept falling even as we cleaned up. Would fall on my kids as they were sleeping as well. We were told we would get a partial refund; here we are 2 months later and not a penny refunded. Was very disappointed with this.

Overall it was wonderful. View, location and activities are perfect. Pools are clean and well maintained. The unit provided what was needed. My only complaints were with the unit itself. It was quite dated and in need of several repairs… it also could have been cleaner … refrigerator and cabinets had food spills that I literally needed to scrub off and plates and silverware had to be washed as much of it hadn’t been cleaned well, though that is more of an issue with the previous renter. Aside from that, it was a great vacation.

It was OK

The place was in a great spot. Nice to have plenty if pools space, sunrise viewing was great. There were some issues with condo, however. The shower in the main bathroom did not work, the lights for all the bathrooms didn't work our last night. Sent our renter a message and we received a response, so I'm sure it will be addressed.

Renter Beware - Read & Believe the Reviews

I wish I would have read reviews prior to booking. EVERYTHING is true. The property is FILTHY and charging customers a cleaning fee is robbery. We had to clean EVERYTHING! There was an unidentified LARGE dead bug on the floor under the sink. They tried to assure me everything was cleaned prior to us arriving even after I provided them actual real time photos. Appliances.. broken and rusted. The bed.. sagging & uncomfortable. Floor plan completely awkward as they seemingly attempted to combine 2 units into a suite- failed. No benefit of being ocean front when you can’t see out of the FILTHY windows. Not advised there would be construction next door from a demolished building & that workers would start work before 6 am with cranes & banging until dark which continued our entire trip, including CHRISTMAS DAY!!! I would never had chosen to stay if this information was initially disclosed on the listing. The Property is completely outdated needs a total gut and overhaul. The photos posted online are deceptive. Even the property mgt company stated in an email to me that they have tried to get the owners to update the property. At the VERY LEAST, we should have been refunded half of the money charged for our stay due to these and other conditions not mentioned as well as the inconvenience to my family. Merry Christmas to us as this was not how I envisioned spending the holiday with family & 89 yr old mother .

Good location

The pictures online made the property look nicer /newer than it actually was. It could definitely use some deep cleaning, baseboards, walls etc. overall, it was a great location, easy access to the beach.

I should be on your payroll for having to clean.

The condo was very dirty. There were poop stains in the toilet, sand all over the floor, and mold on the ceiling. The head board on the pull out bead was broken and was a pain to put up. The shower in the hallway bathroom was broken. I have stayed in two other condos by the same property manager and they were great but having to clean when we first get there and I dont want to spend my vacation trying to contact people to get repairs done. We definitely left the place looking better than we arrived. I have better results with another company so that will be my go to now. I wish I could attach photos to this review.

Not sure I would stay again

The Condo it’s self was OK. The floors need to be clean better but everything else was clean! Biggest issue was roaches in the bathroom across from the kitchen but never saw them anywhere else, but we’re coming out of the baseboards. I contacted management they came with ortho spray sprayed the bathroom in the kitchen stun them for a while but saw them again the next day. But they assured me that it would be taken care of professionally. There is a homeless man living in the stairwell saw him sleeping outside under a bush with his dog but didn’t seem to bother anyone. The hotel hallways very dirty And run down, Could use a bit of updating.
