This apartment has been completely updated in 2024, and we couldn't be more excited to share these features with you! To start in the kitchen all new stainless-steel appliances were installed! New furniture was installed throughout including nightstands, dressers, end tables and more! A new accent wall with LED fireplace was installed in the living room! guests will love sitting by the fire! In the master bedroom a new king bed was installed with a new headboard, and night stands to match.
Upon entering, to your right will be the guest bedroom. This room features a queen bed, 2 new nightstands, a new dresser for extra storage, and wall-mounted TV. The guest bathroom is accessible from this room and from the hallway as well with a jack-and-jill style door system. This full-size bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity with accent lighting and a sink.
As you continue walking down the hallway to the right will be the kitchen. The kitchen area features all new stainless-steel appliances including a full-size fridge/freezer, stove/oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, granite countertops, plentiful cabinet space, and kitchen sink. Across from the kitchen guest will find the washer and dryer located behind the bifold closet doors. We provide all basic cooking utensils, cookware, dishes, silverware and much more! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short walk, drive or uber. Uber eats, Door dash and other food delivering services are very popular in this area as well!
Moving past the kitchen guest will have access to the private living area. This space is the most relaxing part of the apartment. Guest will have access to a couch that converts to a sleeper sofa, a brand-new accent wall with LED fireplace, two new end tables, a coffee table, new bar stools, a large wall-mounted TV, and access to the private balcony with stunning oceanfront views. Many of our guests have spotted dolphins and the most beautiful sunrises and sunset from the balcony!
Located just off the living area is the master suite. This suite features a new king size bed, two new nightstands, a dresser for storage, large flat screen TV, access to private ocean front balcony and ensuite bathroom. This master bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity with accent lighting and a sink.
Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 bath towels and 8 washcloths (per bathroom), soap, shampoo, lotion, conditioner, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more! Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi.
The Atlantica is a PRIME location in close proximity to Broadway at the Beach, convention center, and just a couple blocks North of the Boardwalk and Sky Wheel. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.
It's important to note that this property has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. Reservation holders must be at least 25 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 25 are at risk for potential fines and eviction.
