Check in was a breeze. Spacious 3 bedroom and quiet with plenty of parking. The only minor complaint is the couch was sandy. Other than that...no complaints.

The carpet was stained, The toilet seat was loose. There were a couple of blown bulbs and the door handle to one of the bathrooms was literally hanging off.

We had several problems : Blinds in one bedroom were broken and/or missing Dryer would not dry dining area light and outlets were not working Heating element in the oven was hanging !! Thankfully Steve came quickly and he his best to do repairs

room was not as clean couldn't spend time on the back porch because it was dirty not sure if the sheets were washed before we came. We were all itchy difficult to reach front desk staff as they wouldn't pick up the phones. had to go to the office three times. the occupant next to us had the same issue and my daughter had to drive them to the office late at night because their key didn't work and no one was picking up their calls

Had a swell time. would come back. Close and east travel to the most popular places in Mytle Beach

Condo was fine and worked for our family. Unfortunately as with this arrangements the cleanliness wasn't great and there was no cleaning supplies. Since it's a rental and not a hotel there is no daily cleaning and we had to manage with what we brought to keep the place up throughout our stay. We will do a VRBO next vacation so we have some direct communication with the owners. Also, this unit had an issue with bugs that was pointed out by the family who stayed there the week prior to our arrival and it still was an issue. Overall we made due and it was affordable and location is central to everything.

Enjoyed my stay, very pleasant atmosphere, the condo was a home atmosphere.

2bedroom 2 bathroom with balcony style condo. No complains about the actual room, although the cleanliness needs to be a focus of the management! Rug smelled like cat urine and the floors were very dirty! Some of the bedding looked very old/stained. Actually went to wal-Mary to purchase Clorox wipes. Cleaning people came in 2 days later and did a quick mop, nothing thorough. For the price and precious reviews, I was niether surprised or disappointed. Overall the room was comfortable and spacious but the lack of cleanliness made us feel uncomfortable. Traveling with our Three year old son it was nice to have the living space.

I could tell it was very "lived in". There was stains on the floor, one of the stove's burners was messed up, but think God we didn't have to use the stove and brought our own cookware. None of the remotes worked for both bedroom televisions. I paid more money than what I was given. One of the condos I had reserved we had to change due to stains on the bed sheets. The condos really need a paint job and fixtures updated as well as better mattresses. Also, we had a hard time locking the door, it would only lock if we opened the door, put the key in and then closed it. It took a minute to figure that out. Also, the condos need new window treatments. I have stayed at Myrtlewood Villas in the past, and this is the worst I've seen the condos look; I won't be back no time soon or ever. I had other family and friends there that had to get their condos changed due to conditions of the condos. For the condos that are privately owned and the owners rent them out, then the owners need to make sure their properties is acceptable to stay in. Also, the owners need to upgrade their condos. Some are not worth the money like others. One condo's conditions are horrible and another great, but we are paying the same price; it doesn't add up.

This hotel is the best. Very nice and very clean. Make you feel welcome. It's has a lot offer and they give coupons for restaurants and welcome packages.

I'm not one to post negative ratings, but this place left a bad place in my mouth. First, the positives: - The size of the room was very nice. Very spacious rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. - Very nice outdoor pool. The had multiple pools so you didn't have the to worry about it being too crowded. Now, the negatives: - When checking in we were told they were out of pool passes, and that we would have to wait until the next day before we could use the pool. - Also, the indoor pool facility was closed so we had no pool options the first day. The indoor facility was closed due to Hurricane Hermine so I give them a pass for that. - Once we got to the room there was trash left on the counters, items left in the refrigerator, dirty towels left in the bathrooms, and the bathrooms trash bins overflowing. - When I called the front office to report this no one would answer the phone. - Our room was supposed to have a king-size bed in one of the bedrooms. What it actually had was two twin-size beds pushed together with a sizable gap between the two. - We also found two cockroaches in the room. All in all, I was not happy with our stay, and it started our vacation on a bad note. It's very unfortunate because the grounds are beautiful, and the rooms have great potential. I just wish the place was better managed.

Location and staff were great. Pool not operative due to the storm the prior week.

Myrtle wood villas was great overall. The staff was nice and prompt when needed. The condo showed it's age as far as dirty carpets and scuffs on the walls but I didnt expect anything else with such a high volume of turn around. We had a couple of maintenance issues which were handled immediately. I will definitely return to Myrtlewood on my next trip to down south.

The room and services were excellent! We get free coupons after checking in that can be redeemed for up to 4 actitivities. Saved us a lot money. The Waterpark coupon they gave was a week pass!!! The room didn't have wifi. It did have a wireless router, but no one knew the password. The front desk gave us two wireless codes, but neither of them could be used while in the room.

First of all I had 4 rooms, 20 guest which half were seniors (70-85 years old). I called 2 weeks in advance to ask if they could accomodate me by putting my rooms together and they said they would. I had no idea they had houses on the 3rd floor with no elevator or I would have cancelled. When I arrived at the property 1 room was ready on the 3rd floor and the other 3 wasn't and I arrived at 4:00. When we went in the one room it was some many of us some decided to go sit on the patio. The table and chairs were filthy. I called the front desk and no one ever showed up. Once I was able to check in to the other houses which was after 6:00 they were all spread out. One house had mold on the shower curtain and on the patio furniture, one property had stained carpet and you could smell it when you opened the door, one was a three bedroom (should have been 1 king size bed and two twin beds in each room instead all the rooms had twin beds. I travel a lot. I have two time shares which I should have had them recommend a place for me but when I saw this property on line I figured I would try it out. I can't begin to tell you how disappointed and displeased I was. It was a special weekend for my Mom's 80th birthday and it was ruined by the property. The worst part is the front desk people didn't even apologize for what was happening. I finally got an apolgy from the last clerk I spoke with and the property manager on Sunday.

Beautiful room and resort, great for the price. Wonderful location as well, it was minutes away from anything you might need.

This room was beautiful and homily. My family enjoyed the three bedroom two bath. My fiancé proposed to my here I'm in Love with this place!!

The hotel was nice , grounds were good, staff was over exended..not enough PPL to help with check in..line was out the door. Also they give you 3 choices for deposit..100 on a debit card and get it back in 5-7bus days...100 cash, they send you a check in 4-6 weeks! Or 43.00 non refundable. ..and our room smelled of mothballs real bad and there was and lot of spider webs in the corner..had to get the broom several times

spacious stay with room for improvement
