Great stay

We had a great stay on our kids spring break. The indoor water park is perfect. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back in the future.

Extremely clean and beautiful view

My 12 year old daughter and I really enjoyed this room. It was extremely clean and had a beautiful view of the beach and pool. Out of the two towers, the one that had our room had the best water slides. The lobby had a great breakfast every morning as well. Nice places to eat and pharmacies were just 1-5 mins away. The ranger outlets were only about 12-15 mins away. Great location.

Weekend beach trip

Room was great for a weekend trip for my daughter’s birthday. Parking deck was easy to get to, across the street and over to the right (something to keep in mind if the weather isn’t ideal). Air conditioner made some funny sounds here and there, but worked fine.

Nice!

The second we opened the door we were welcomed with a very nice smell. It was definitely cleaned very well. Looks nicely updated. The ocean view balcony was beautiful! Definitely will be back. The rental company is very good at communicating too. I love that you can easily text them and they text you reminders too.

Great

The inside water park is the icing on the cake! We had very nasty weather causing the powet to go out but they had it back on within two hours. (Act of nature & beyond anyones control) The kids really enjoyed the pools & water slides during the cold front & rain.

The location was great, and the overall property was very good for the price point. The unit itself has some issues that need to be address, however. The A/C unit was extremely loud and would leak occasionally, there was a large crack in the shower (photo attached) that is going to cause some serious issues in the future, if not already. The tub was also missing a stopper for baths, and when we called the front desk, one was never provided. The overall experience was good, but we will most likely try somewhere else next time we come back to Myrtle Beach.

All is Well

Our family stayed here for a week for Christmas. It was a cute room with very nice, subtle touches that made our beach stay more homey. The kitchenette was useful, especially for us with teenagers. The balcony had the BEST view. Our only complaint was how easily we could hear people in the outdoor pool below the room. Another slight inconvenience was having to take our own trash off and not having access to the hotel’s typical cleaning services. Overall though, these were minor to the amount of joy we had in the room and in the area by the room. 10/10 we recommend!

The room wasn't clean...maybe bc the ceiling has water damage and the popcorn ceiling flaked day and night. Also a crack in the shower wall was moldy and there was mold in the floor by the toe rail in the bathroom. I did let the property management know. They offered to call maintenance for the ceiling and said the shower wall was feom normal wear and tear.The ceiling probably needs remediation for water and mold. We didn't have the ability to move so just covered the bed and all our things every time we went out.I give management lots of thanks for quick email responses, however not sure id want to stay there again.
