Short get away

My youngest daughter played in a travel basketball tournament in Myrtle beach. The unit was the perfect size for my family of four. It is well stocked, very clean and comfortable. Communication was great. We will be back next year.

The condo at 12B Windsor Court in Kingston Plantation was very clean, nice and quiet! The only problem we really had with the condo was the televisions. There were no instructions on how to use the televisions and we had trouble figuring out which remotes to use and which remote did what. The price of the condo itself was okay but all the taxes and fees that are added is ridiculous!

Condo was very clean and well furnished. Hot water from kitchen faucet was tepid with frustratingly reduced flow. The refrig needs to be anchored because it rolls forward every time you open the door. Saltwater Grande, the rental agency, denied our request for a 1 hr late check out despite no renters were arriving that day.

I attend a conference geld at Kinston Plantation. My wife and I don't have kids so we aren't trying to be where all the action is for kids. Windsor Court is generally quieter and has a pool only for Cumberland Terrace and Windsor Court use. The most people that were there at once during our stay was 4. Nice place to RELAX at the beach.

Absolute Dream!!

There aren’t the words to describe what a dream it was to stay here! The minute we walked through the door, we were blown away by the cleanliness and updates to the place! My family actually owns another condo in the same area and were in love with this one!! We felt right at home as soon as we arrived and couldn’t have picked a better spot. It was so perfect I didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be staying here again on future vacations to Myrtle Beach!

Long weekend at the beach

My family (4 adults) rented this wonderful villa for 4 nights. Communication with the host is outstanding. Upon arrival, the villa is exactly as described and as pictured in the photos (if not better)! Extremely clean. We have stayed in Kingston Plantation many times and this villa rates within the top 1-2! Highly recommend this villa to anyone!

Unit was clean when we arrived and check in was simple. It’s located next to the pool which was nice, you could walk out the back door and it’s right there. We did have issues with ants inside and out. Do not leave any food out at all because they will take over. The beds are kind of hard, friends had to buy a mattress topper to make it more comfortable. You can tell it’s been renovated some. It is about half mile from the beach but you can drive down and park. But for the cost I’m not sure we would stay here again.
