3 bedroom, 2 bath, OCEANFRONT, second floor, GREAT view of Ocean and Pool!
Renovated non-smoking oceanfront three-bedroom condominium is located just north of downtown Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and has a picturesque view of the Atlantic Ocean. Walk from condo to 'toes in ocean' in under 3 minutes (we timed it) ! Access to indoor pool and one outdoor pool, 2 indoor saunas and an exercise room.

This unit is ideal for a family vacation or getaway, only two units per floor and located on the second story. The unit also offers three bedrooms, a full kitchen, living area and two oceanfront balconies (one large enough for a dining table for six) and one small balcony off of the middle bedroom. We have smart TVs, cable, and DVD players to watch your favorite movies. Also on those days when the weather just won't cooperate we have provided board games. The sleeping arrangements are very comfortable and the unit sleeps 8 very easily. Please come and make it a vacation that you and your family will always remember!

There are lots to do for adults and the children and everything is right at your finger tips. Take the elevator to the first floor. As soon as you step into the condo you can not miss the million dollar view right in front of you. With just a few steps you are at the ocean. Make certain to bring your cameras and videos to capture those unforgettable memories that you will want to share with friends and family. The amenities are swimming pools and saunas on site. Also relax on any one of the three balconies the condo provides, with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night, while enjoying the sounds of the ocean, complete euphoria and tranquility! You have access to a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals to prevent the family from getting home sick. There are neighborhood restaurants, shopping, bars and much much more to do. This will be a family experience that will keep you coming year after year. Please make your reservations to be sure to catch the excitement and the waves.

Beautiful view / location, unfortunately, the photos & listing details didn’t match our experience or the we paid for this trip.We were given early ck in at 1p. When we arrived, the shower was torn apart & an hour later, a maint man came & said he was never told about early ck in. No worries, we shut the door & let him do his thing. Once we started unpacking we noticed there was NONE of the basic amenities this listing advised of: dish/hand/bath soaps, toilet paper, etc. Once we finally heard back, I was told we were never given early ck in but that he would reimburse me for what we had to buy. I have all the msgs where we were given early ck in.Later we realized a lot more wrong. The fridge was filthy, floors were gross, dirt piled in the corners of the rooms, whole kitchen filthy & had a used sponge, both showers leaked profusely (flooded), there was a huge black stain on the sheets, broken lights, the chair in the master had 4 broken legs, the kitchen was not stocked (pans were not usable, no knives, etc). We had to buy cleaners, pots, knives, sheets & clean whole condo ourselves. He offered to reimburse us for what bought if we left it there but I said no b/c we were taking it with us. He said we could ck out late for our inconveniences but when I msged him the am of ck out day for a time he said he never told me that, now giving us 1 hr to pack up 4 adults & 3 kids. Again, I have all the msgs. Didn’t offer to refund any trip , not even lack of cleaning fees.

The host was excellent. We had a problem with the TV the next day Bam he had a new tv installed for us. Easy check in, beautiful location. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back next year. Oh and we needed a pack and play and he had one set and ready for us when we checked in. No issues. Wonderful host and vacation

Location is key

We rented from Gregory for a week vacation with my family. He was easily contacted, with quick replies. The check in process was seamless. The property was right on the beach, which was wonderful. Even had some beach toys available for my kids to use. Nothing too flashy, a simple place to stay. The only qualms were that the master shower has issues with the water escaping onto the floor, so we were constantly wringing out and drying the floor may/towel in between showers. And would suggest blackout curtains for the room with the queen bed as the lights from the street and neighboring buildings are bright.

Our unit folit our family perfectly (4 kids 2 adults). The pool at the condo complex was nice and warm, and the beach was right there. Our host was also very prompt with all communications. I'd recommend to anyone going to Myrtle Beach.

Amazing Host!!

I am writing this review because the host, Gregory, is an absolutely amazing human being and he needs to be recognized. Hurricane Debby got in the way of our latest trip and Gregory was so thoughtful and kind and found a way for our family to stay safe. I would highly recommend staying in this property. Perfect Spot!

Came down for a softball tournament - Made a mini vacation out of the trip. Great location, safe area for family of all ages. Ran into a maintenance issue however the property owner dealt with the matter very quickly with no inconvenience to my part. Would definitely stay again!

Overall we enjoyed our time here however there were a few issues during our stay. The unit was not quite ready upon our arrival. We contacted the owner who was able to resolve the problem. Also, the shower doors did not close/seal properly which led to excessive water to leak out all over the bathroom floor. We had to place multiple towels on the floor to keep the spread of water to a minimum. We spoke to the owner, he advised he would schedule repairs to correct the issue.
