Absolutely Wonderful. The staff at Prista were extremely helpful and supportive throughout our stay. The only thing that I would recommend for the property is the cookware needs to be upgraded, old and not user friendly - most food preps stuck to the point of having to throw away the food, and the water in the kitchen does not get hot.

Family vacation

We were on a family vacation with one member of our party who was physically immobile so they had to remain in bed the entire trip for back issues. The rest of the party had a good time, it was just colder than normal for this time of year.

Wonderful overall minus a hiccup

Our stay was overall a great experience. The location and cleanliness were great. Our only hiccup was that the king suite is technically a separate room (its own main door) and if you are locked out (like we were) there isn’t a master key. Nothing was listed that those keys only unlocked the suite or to not close the suite door. After trying to contact management we were able to get to a property manager in the Hilton that is attached. The property manager never called back to check on my urgent message. Definitely something they can work on but as far as location and physical stay it was wonderful.

Took at girls trip, just moms and daughters. Very spacious and clean location. Perfect location for families. Great response time from the host. Loved it so much we booked again for next summer.

2nd Timer

I purposely booked room 1906 for the 2nd year in a row. It was so comforting knowing how well we as guests were taken care of last year that I knew I wanted to come back as a guest again this year! And it wasn’t just being well taken care that made me want to book again. It was also the room location and the room itself. It was very clean and well enough updated that made us feel like “home”. The room and the ocean view is exactly what our family loves so much! It truly exceeds our expectations! And we are thankful to the owners for opening up their space for families like ours to enjoy! We appreciate it!

7th stay at Royale Palms

Prista did a great job communicating details of check in and check out. The unit was clean and had nice furnishings. Keurig and Mr Coffee but minimal cooking tools. Only one roll of toilet paper, paper towels and only three garbage bags so bring those things along.

Everything was absolutely beautiful! From the condo to the views. To the owners connecting with me to make sure we settled in and that we were happy with everything. We had a very pleasant stay. And will definitely return!
