Exactly has advertised and easy communication with host as needed. Extremely clean and the resort was very pet friendly with a wonderful beach access with a lot of green area for dog walking right beside the resort.

Condo was very clean, comfortable and amply supplied. Location was good and views from both rooms were beautiful.I would give this five stars except that One of the elevators was out of service during our entire visit which caused delays getting in and out of the building. Nothing major but sometimes, we would have to wait almost 10 minutes which I think is excessive. Also there is some pier construction close by so we were awakened at 8 by the pile drivers. Both of these items were out of the owner’s control but did have some impact

Amazing! We loved everything about our stay. The condo was gorgeous. The Patricia Grand has so much to do with the pools, hot tubs, lazy river and the food there is excellent. We were on the 15th floor and the view was breathtaking. My only small complaint is the living room furniture was not comfortable, but overall we had a great time!

Coffee with an ocean view

Our family had a great stay! Perfect location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony whilst watching and listening to the waves crash onto the shore. Will definitely be back!

The Perfect Getaway in Myrtle Beach

The pictures do not lie! This was a wonderful experience, the place was spotless, modern with a great kitchen with all you need. There’s plenty of room with comfortable beds. Thank you for this fantastic vacation! Worth every penny!

ocean views to live for

We had an amazing stay! upon arrival I thought this is not true to its listing but I was wrong! The location was awesome and the place was clean! Furniture could have been more comfortable(really the only complaint) the beds were very comfortable however creaky! the kitchen had a good supply of kitchen gadgets, pots , silverware and dishes! no pot holders. sensitive fire alarms we waved a towel in front of and that cured it! a standard hotel type bathroom! I loved that it had a patio where you could view and hear the ocean! Everyone in the building were friendly and kind! we really enjoyed our stay would recommend to everyone I know and would consider this place if I were to return! thank you to the owner!!!!

Our family plus our Charlie dog really enjoyed this condo. A perfect size for our small family. We loved the indoor pools and hot tubs. Great location. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Vacation

We had a very enjoyable stay in this condo! It was clean and we had no problems other than the beds are a little uncomfortable. We loved our morning coffe on the balcony and glass of wine at sunset watching the beautiful ocean.
