Olive Hill Villa is a newly built luxury residence located in a peaceful setting in the village of Aggeliana, surrounded by olive trees and Cretan countryside. Just 4.7 km away lies the sandy beach of the seaside village of Panormos, where you can swim, dine, and enjoy the relaxed coastal atmosphere.



The villa offers the perfect balance between modern comfort and natural beauty. Designed in a minimalist yet warm style, it features bright spaces, carefully selected furniture, and a soothing color palette that creates an atmosphere of calm and relaxation.



The bright living room connects seamlessly with the open-plan kitchen, which is fully equipped for preparing and enjoying meals together. All five bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and high-quality linens. On the lower floor, there is a playroom with a billiard table, PlayStation, a full bathroom, and a double sofa bed for two additional guests. The villa comfortably accommodates twelve guests.



Stepping outside, you’ll find generous terraces with a 17-meter-long swimming pool (6.5 × 17.3 m, 1.50 m deep and children’s pool 20sqm, 0.40 m deep), an outdoor shower, sun loungers, a comfortable lounge area, and a large dining space with an outdoor kitchen and gas barbecue — ideal for enjoying meals under the open sky. The peaceful surroundings and privacy create a sense of total relaxation.

Olive Hill Villa is located in Aggeliana Village, a charming lowland village in the prefecture of Rethymno, just 22 km from Rethymno town, on the road leading to Perama and the seaside village of Panormos. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Villa!Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer, was es für uns mit drei Familien sehr entspannt gemacht hat.Die Terrasse mit Pool war unser Highlight! Lediglich, dass der Pool nicht beheizbar ist, hat das Spielen der Kids im Pool etwas getrübt. Das Wasser war dann Ende Oktober doch etwas frisch.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super. Wir konnten das Team jederzeit erreichen und unsere Anliegen wurden umgehend bearbeitet.
