We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well-stocked. Check-in and check-out was simple. The home was a quick 10 minute walk to the beach, as well as a dog beach nearby. The home was spacious and the fire pit in the back was perfect for relaxing evenings. We definitely recommend this property!

Great property! Wonderful home! Cool furnishings! Close to Lake Michigan beach. Only critique is the house needed a bit of air freshening after what I think was time closed up since the last group was there. Would rent again.

Great home in a great location

The house was really nice and cute. The location was ideal. Our family could ride our bikes to the beach, parks and even a couple restaurants!

Amazing House in Cute Neighborhood by the Lake

Very cute mid-century modern house in a quiet neighborhood close to the lake and park. The house was well-equipped with all the essentials and super clean. Would 100% stay here again.

Excellent location!

The Beachwood-Bluffton was an excellent choice to spend time by the lake. The beaches were just steps away. The property was super clean and had everything needed to enjoy our stay. The kids loved spending our nights by the fire pit making s'mores. Highly recommend this property for families.

Location + Extras!

We really enjoyed our stay -- especially the location (proximity to the beach), the four bikes in the garage, the fireplaces and the pool table. We had everything we needed and more. Neighbors were all friendly and welcoming, too!

The house was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped for cooking and appliances. Tastefully decorated and fun for all our guests. Great Team to work with looking at other properties for our next events.

Michigan stay

GREAT house! Exactly as described and well appointed with everything you should need to have a great time. SO close to the water, just a short walk away. We would definitely stay again… the only negative thing that we could think of is that it’s a bit pricey.

Great location

We stayed here for a family trip. We were able to easily walk to the park every day and walk to the beach. It was a great park and had pickle ball courts. There is also a great walking path. The wagon, chairs and umbrella that were provided were super helpful! The neighbor across the street,Dan, was so welcoming and helpful! Muskegon was great and we will for sure be back!

Nice house, great location!

You’re paying for the location here which can’t be beat! The house is nice; everything is updated except the kitchen and main bathroom. Everything worked as expected. Great communication from the rental company with detailed instructions ahead of time and you can tell they make an effort with rolled towels and toiletries.

Family gathering

We were all agreed that the property exceeded our expectations for location near the lake, cleanliness, decor ( awesome Mid-century vibe), & supplies (incredibly well-equipped with above average items). We thoroughly enjoyed the big windows looking at a lovely treed and landscaped yard front & back plus a great pool table set-up in the lower level with a nice fire pit on the patio in back. We were supplied with lovely beach towels, tote bag, water toys, beach chairs & bikes. This rental is a 10 out of 10!

Boltwood Dr vacation

The house and neighborhood were great. It was very convenient for all we wanted to do, and the house was spotless and well-equipped. There were several relatively minor things I would like to be different: it took us three days to figure out where the garage door opener was in order to use the bikes stored there--it was in a front closet that we never thought to look in until we were looking for something else. I wish the location had been listed somewhere. The dryer did work well; but the noise when it was working (which they did tell us about) was quite unpleasant if we were in the house while it was running. And one night we would have liked to use the bathtub; but the stopper didn't block the drain enough to hold any depth of water. However, these are minor things overall, and we did really enjoy many features of the house,especially the back yard and the hammock!
