This three bedroom five bed two bathroom house is built for family and friends. Plenty of room. The outdoor decks are made for entertaining and gathering. Start your morning on the back deck with a cup of coffee and watch the deer and turkey. Finish your day on the back deck around the gas fire pit with friends and family laughing and making memories. Deck is complete with a gas grill and a Black stone griddle for those who like cooking outside. Bear Paw resort is a small gated community on the beautiful Lake Hiwassee. Bring your own boat and kayaks or rent them from the marina inside Bear Paw and Marina outside Bear Paw. This house Is great for a Family, mom and dad, grandpa and grandma and kids. Also accommodates three couples easily or just you and whoever you want to bring. Plenty of parking with easy access to the house. Great parking for those who like to ride motorcycles. This area has some of the best motorcycle riding in the country western North Carolina eastern Tennessee North Georgia altogether. If the lake is not your thing hit the back roads, they are some phenomenal little towns all within 40 minutes to an hours drive from here. All of them unique in their own way. Shopping, restaurants, local breweries, we even have a casino with a bowling alley and a game room for minors. The kitchen house is very well stocked pretty much anything you would need to cook with. Each bedroom has its own smart TV plus one in the living room

The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. The cabin also includes a washing machine.
