The room was great - we just had a few issues collecting the key on arrival and had to wait around for a couple of hours. Also during that time, the phone number we had been given wasn't being answered. Oh and the instructions to locate the apartment had instructions for two different apartments. ours and another one. This caused confusion and we initially ended up on the wrong apartment. Other than that couldn't fault it. The room was perfect and had everything you could wish for on a holiday. Thank you
