Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft von Daniela! Die Wohnung und die Lage ist ein absoluter Traum Es gibt absolut nichts was einem fehlt in dieser Wohnung. Daniela ist eine super tolle Gastgeberin die immer schnell und hilfreich auf unsere Fragen geantwortet hat super süß war auch dass wir eine kleine Begrüßung in Form von Wasser, einem heimischen hier und Chips bekommen haben, das ist nicht selbstverständlich und eine echt tolle Geste. Wir können jedem diese Unterkunft nur ans Herz legen und kommen definitiv wieder

Wunderbar

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Woche im Juni in dem kleinen Häuschen. Es ist alles da was man braucht und ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen. Der zugehörige Parkplatz ist direkt am Grundstück, der Weg zum Strand kurz, die Ausstattung (auch mit Sonnenschirm für den Strand) vollkommen ausreichend. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietern absolut informativ, überaus freundlich und jederzeit für einen Rat zu erreichen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Leben direkt am Meer

Marechiaro - eine absolute Empfehlung! Wir waren Ende September/Anfang Oktober 16 Tage in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus an der Costa Rei zu Gast und haben dort eine unglaublich schöne und entspannte Zeit verbracht, es hat uns an wirklich nichts gefehlt. Das Haus, ein kleines Juwel, ist perfekt ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Von der ersten Sekunde an fühlt man sich dort wohl - wie zuhause angekommen. Wir haben nahezu die gesamte Zeit draußen auf der großen, gemütlichen Terrasse verbracht und ausschließlich die komfortable Aussendusche auf der hinteren Veranda genutzt. Die direkte Strandlage lädt geradezu dazu ein, den Tag direkt nach dem Aufstehen im Meer schwimmend zu begrüßen. Innerhalb von 2 bis 3 Minuten sind fußläufig zu erreichen: Beach-Bar, Supermercato, Pasticceria, Rosticceria, Pescheria, Ristorante mit Bar und Gelateria. Die nahe gelegenen "Monti Dei Sette Fratelli" bieten sich für sehr schöne, auch anspruchsvollere Wanderungen in einsamer Natur an. Lieben Dank und herzliche Grüße an Daniela, die Vermieterin des Ferienhauses, die uns über den gesamten Zeitraum, beginnend vom Check-in, jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung gestanden hat. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus 100m nähe dem Traumstrand

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, kann ich wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Sehr sauber - alles vorhanden was man für einen Strandurlaub benötigt, einfach top. Daniela ist eine sehr freundliche, symphatische Ansprechspaterin. Komme gerne wieder!

Perfekt eingerichtetes Apartment in Strandnähe

Absolut weiterzuempfehlen. Wir waren mit einem 5jährigen Kind unterwegs. Es handelt sich um ein grosses Grundstück mit zwei geräumigen Terrassen, die bis mittags bzw. am Abend jeweils einen schattigen Platz bieten. Die kleine Terrasse eignet sich zum Essen, die grössere ist mit der grosszügigen Rasenfläche verbunden und hat Liegestühle, ein langes fest installiertes Sofa und einen fest eingebauten Grill. Beide Terrassen haben eine Aussendusche! Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage. Alles hat perfekt funktioniert. Das Apartment selbst ist klein, aber perfekt ausgestattet. So findet man allerlei, dass normalerweise in Ferienwohnungen fehlt: Putzmittel, Waschmittel, Salz, Gewürze, Putzgegenstände, Hygieneartikel, u.s.w. Die Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll und harmonisch, so dass man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt (oder besser, so wie es zu Hause auch gerne sein sollte). Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war nett und problemlos. Das beste zum Schluss: 100m vom Strand entfernt (und einem der schönsten in Sardinien!)

Vacanza rilassante a due passi dal mare

La casa è in ottima posizione, vicinissima alla spiaggia e al chiosco/bar. Ristrutturata di recente, ha bagno, arredi ed elettrodomestici (frigorifero e lavatrice) nuovi. Casa molto pulita, arredata con gusto e accessoriata con estrema attenzione sia all’interno che all’esterno. La cucina è piccola ma sufficiente per una casa per le vacanze. La signora Daniela è estremamente cortese, l’abbiamo contattata per un imprevisto e si è resa subito disponibile a risolvere il problema.

Posto fantastico a Costa Rei

In questa casetta recentemente ristrutturata abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza a 100 metri dall’ampia spiaggia di Costa Rei e dal grazioso Ginepro Beach. I punti forti sono gli spazi esterni ben attrezzati e funzionali. Il doppio patio permette di avere zone d’ombra tutto il giorno e la doppia esposizione offre una ventilazione naturale senza necessità di usare l’aria condizionata se non in casi estremi. Molto gradite le zanzariere e ottima la doccia esterna. Gli interni sono ben curati e arredati con gusto e le dotazioni di cucina molto generose, moderne e nuove (cosa molto rara). I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili di fronte a ogni nostra richiesta. Anche la vicinanza ai servizi (supermercato, farmacia, pescheria, edicola, ecc.) ha sicuramente contributo al successo della vacanza. Vivamente consigliato!
