The give you a discount as soon as you ask for it. The rooms are good but room service leaves a lot to be desired.The food is good but slightly pricey. The plus point is the location as its bang in the heart of Mumbai. Good for a very short stay.
We arranged function - Ring Ceremony for my sister at the banquet hall. The service for starters was delayed by 45 mins after doing several follow ups and giving them reminders. Initially there was no staff to approach or ask for assistance. Due to the delayed service, we even missed the Muhurtam. Most of our guests were senior citizens and it really caused them big inconvenience and left a very bad impression. One of our guests were assisting the staff to serve starters since there was no other staff to assist him serving the same. When this was brought to the notice of Mr. Vishal (F&B In-charge), he checked the camera however he was not ready to accept the fault. He also commented that if we did not settle the full amount, the remaining balance would be deducted from the servicing staff's salary which was not at all right since its not servicing staff fault. They follow the instructions given by their seniors which failed to co-ordinate and arrange the things as promised, There was no staff, no proper communication nor co-coordination. As requested by Mr. Vishal, we have given him everything in written in order to get back to us after discussing with higher management however till date there is no answer at all. After two days we went to see Mr. Summer (Guy with whom we coordinated and arranged an event) and we were really surprised with his answer answer. He said that he have no idea about this and he will speak to Mr. Vishal for the same which again proved that there is no communication / coordination at all among staff members. Later, when we followed up with Mr. Vishal, he said that all higher management people have gone for wedding and he is still waiting for them to discuss the issue. Its more than a week now and there is no update at all from any of the staff member; neither from Mr. Vishal nor from Mr. Summer. We really wonder how a staff can keep the guest complaint pending for such a long time. This was our first and will be the last event at their banquet.
I normally don't do reviews but my stay here made me do it. "THIS HOTEL IS HORRIBLE ONE" Don't even think of it. No one bothers here and so much money for pathetic room conditions and furniture. "They should be taken out of the online booking list only" as people might just book without reading reviews and then regret later.
I had stay in 2016 and they allot me first floor, bcz window has no locked and at midnight some guy was entered from the sliding window and take away laptop, mobile, all money etc. then at morning all of sudden i show my room door is open already !! Inform manager and all but they said we will check cc tv footage and all but actually they are not entered from the door so u cant find anything and they claim on you and say this type of activity is not happens etc.. means you have to stay more and idea is to come close your check out time and you just left the hotel without any claim and get lose. all hotel management top to bottom are involved actually. cheaters.....
My vacation plan with family was planned from 18th Mar - 20th Mar , i regretted my self for making booking in this hotel, i heard from the staff and saw there register comments that police raids happen in this hotel and i was shocked to hear this and what type of hotel am check in with my family ,DO NOT CHECK IN , i planned to stay in this hotel looking at the proximity of distance for all visitable places , except this nothing gr8 , Very pathetic reception staff no support for any request , !! CHECKIN ONLY IF YOU WANT TO SPOIL YOUR VACATION PLAN and GET HUMIALIATED LATER
Firstly, the reason for picking this hotel was for the proximity to my place of work. The hotel isn't maintained well, I was given a tiny room in the far end of the hotel - with absolutely no cell reception and the wifi didn't work the entire time I was there. The technician came and said that the wifi would work only in a particular part of the room. I had numerous calls that I couldn't make because of the cell reception. The shower didn't have hot water. I left the geyser switched on for 1 hour and it barely gave out warm water. The worst was the water that they supply for drinking - the price on the bottle is INR 20 (MRP). They charge INR 54. I know for a fact that it is illegal to charge me more than the MRP. When I asked for the free drinking water, they brought me Aquafina's 500 ml bottles refilled by themselves from the pipe. It tasted horrible. The bedsheets and quilt had holes in them, and the toilets were luckily clean enough to make do with. Please do not book this hotel - considering the price and locality, it's the worst experience I've ever had.
Unprofessional and rude Reception staff. This hotel lacks the basic thing needed to manage a hotel- courtesy of staff. The provided towels had holes in it. In gist, the experience was only Money down the drain.
Stayed at this hotel for one night.. Visited Mumbai for a one day trip. Booked a room at the counter instead of making an online reservation as it wasn't a pre-planned trip. Room was well maintained, quiet and peaceful. Price was a bit on the higher side. Complimentary breakfast and free WiFi were provided. The hotel is very close to the Dadar railway station.
Stay away from the place, stayed with them through my company, Hotel lift is the one you should stay away / rood is shaking / new rooms are good / old rooms are in pathetic condition. Buffet breakfast is to avoid for as well as room service, centrally located in DADAR, so connectivity is excellent.
We stayed for a night since we had an early morning appointment in town. The rooms are very small. But this place is accessible and has free parking which are major bonus points. However, early in the morning the breakfast was not ready and the service was slow
