This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Spotlessly clean, amazing food and full buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff were supper friendly and helpful. Sultan in the restaurant is an absolute legend. He provided top tier service and tourist recommendations in the city. I can’t believe he is only 21. He is beyond his years in professionalism and maturity level. Room service was also great, cleaning, unlimited bottles of water, easy check in and check out. Great price in the hotel and convenient for me right next to the airport because the traffic in Mumbai is mad!! Thy gym also super clean, modern with plenty for a great workout!

The property was okay, my room was flooded from the rain, I was shifted to another room, room service was slow, I ordered a meal with a coke, brought me a hot coke, I asked for ice, after 2 follow up calls for the ice I got it 20 mins later. Breakfast was the worst, daily it took 20 mins or more to get a cup of tea. The live cooking stations were slow with wait times of over 20-30 mins. Staff was carefree didn’t mind when you complained. I stayed for 7 days, will never stay again.

Close to the airport, excellence buffet breakfast and buffet for evening meals. The Chef Hemant, came over to provide options fir vegan meals from the menu. The evening buffet offers vegetarian and non vegetarian options, but these are not vegan. For breakfast buffet, there was soya milk for drinking or cereal. Staff where all excellence, more that happy to help. Ideal for travellers who are looking to flying and get some rest or rest before a long flight out. The room we had was slightly bigger the my son's but both were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Hotel provided drinking bottle water in the rooms, which was sufficient for our stay. Not sure if the hotel is ideal for sightseeing as a stop off. Traffic around the airport can be busy at peak times. Overall, i would stay here again for airport arrival or departure to get some rest before or after a long flight.
