Downstairs you will have open plan living/dining and a fully equipped kitchen with stone benchtops, and Nespresso coffee machine.
Powder room, walk-in pantry and laundry with washer and dryer.
6-seater outdoor setting, webber bbq and lovely view looking across the lagoon and Lake Mulwala.
