Chalet Mühlbach near Hochkönig Ski Lift

This beautiful and, above all, luxurious premium chalet for a maximum of 10 people is located in the popular Mühlbach am Hochkönig in Salzburgerland, a short distance from the center and the lifts of the Hochkönig ski area, and with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

The chalet consists of two semi-detached houses, of which you live alone in the left half of the house. Due to the large area spread over three floors, it is an ideal holiday home for friends or families. On the ground floor there is the living room with an open kitchen. From here you have direct access to the large terrace with the garden. Here you will also find the first bedroom with bathroom. On the first floor there are three large bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. There is a second bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms. In addition, this chalet has a relaxation/rest area with sauna as well as ski storage, washing machine and dryer and sufficient parking space.

Mühlbach is an attractive destination not only in winter, but at any time of the year. Many opportunities for mountain bikers, hikers, paragliders, horse riders and of course those seeking peace and quiet can be found in the immediate vicinity. Winter needs no further explanation. The large, modern ski area Ski Amade Hochkönig between Dienten, Maria Alm and Mühlbach with 120 kilometers of slopes and 34 lifts is located in the immediate vicinity of the chalet.

In summer, the Mühlbach outdoor pool offers lots of swimming fun! There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants. You can reach the state capital Salzburg in about 1.5 hours by car.

Gute geschnittenes Haus für viele Gäste mit etwas Verbesserungspotential

Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Es ist wirklich super geschnitten für größere Gruppen und gerade die vielen Bäder sind toll. Auf Grund einer Kommunikationsschwierigkeit, gestaltete sich unsere Ankunft etwas schwierig. Das Haus war nicht gereinigt obwohl im Voucher stand, dass die Anreise zwischen 15.00-18.00 Uhr erfolgen kann. Nach unserer Ankunft und den Anfangsschwierigkeiten lief die Kommunikation dann aber sehr gut und wir durften zum Check Out länger im Haus bleiben, da es keine Folgemieter gab. Was wir so in der Form noch nicht erlebt haben, war das pro Klo lediglich eine Toilettenpapierrolle gestellt wurde und auch kein Spülmittel vorhanden war. Lediglich 4 Geschirrspültabs und zwei Waschlappen waren vor Ort. Das ist bei Ankunft vor einem Feiertag nicht ideal. Ansonsten liegt das Haus doch an einer recht viel befahren Straße wobei die Terasse zur Straßenseite rausgeht. Auch gibt es wirklich nur kleine Grünstreifen um das Haus herum, was aber nicht wirklich etwas mit einem Garten zu tun hat. Das Haus war für unsere Bedürfnisse gut, aber auch nicht exzellent. Deshalb in einigen Bereichen der eine Stern Abzug.

1 Woche Kurzurlaub mit traumhaftem Wetter

Das Chalet liegt sehr zentral. Die Lage an der Straße bedingt tagsüber schon Krach vom Straßenverkehr, nachts ist es aber sehr ruhig. Vor allem an den Zimmern zur Seite hin. Pfannen und Töpfe könnten einmal erneuert werden.Dies liegt aber an der schlechten Nutzung durch die Vormieter. Ansonsten ein sehr schöner Platz am Fuße des Hochkönigs.
