Was it peaceful? Well it would have been if the security alarm had not been going off all night, every 51 seconds, all night long, our first night and for a few hours our 3rd night. There needs to be a better and faster way for management to resolve an emergency like this. We were compensated 50% for the 3rd night (which we very much apreciate) but nothing for the first night. We are all very disappointed with this. We feel owed in full for the first night, which went on until 9 a.m. the next morning. Searching for ear plugs and trying to have quiet time in the morning was impossible and not at all the experience we were expecting the first 24 hours. We understand when things are not in your control but this was your responsibilty and we feel that we have not been treated fairly, despite immediate, good and patient communication on our end.
