Traveled with group
I had to call to get the door code as their system failed to send me any texts, calls, or emails. House was fine however at the very minimum they could have cleaned off the ice from the steps. The drive way required 4x4 as it was uphill and straight ice. The walk way from the drive way to the house was all ice and the steps had at least 2 inches of ice on each.
