stayed 2 nights from 01 Dec. 17 to 03 Dec. 17 , it's a 4 stars Hotel, with a good location in the city centre, which is near from a big Mall, one main Train station , and much shops . my Standard Room was nice, with old furniture, but will maintained , and comfortable space area , in addition to boiler for hot water and coffee \ tea station . Room was clean and with comfortable bed . Breakfast was good enough for a 4 stars Hotel ( You got what you paid for ) . Staff was nice and polite . One negative point in this hotel, is that it's so big hotel to be served by 2 or max. 3 persons in the reception front desk, you can wait for 20 or 30 minutes to be served or to ask a question, or for check in or even check out as it's already happened to me. overall , good experience , I can recommend it .
Large room with all amenities and most importantly a great bed! Housekeeping was very helpful. I needed a US adaptor for my laptop and it was provided at no cost and in no time to my room. The location is excellent, only 5 min from Train and Metro stations. The Aeroexpress from airport arrives just behind the hotel. Ideal as you dont need to spend money on expensive taxis and wasting time in traffic.
Nice location, excellent for business trip, the room was a bit old fashioned and small.I liked the view from the window, take the city view it is gorgeous by night with violet lighting, many shops and salons inside and nice service it is located near the Kievskaya station and the metro is just next to it
Housekeeping deserves recognition. Do not expect warmth, or assistance from reception. You get better service and welcome from the hotel transport/taxi counter. Concierge not helpful at all. At one point, the concierge opened the envelope I left -- clearly marked with someone else's name (when I checked how come they told my friend that no envelope was left). The upside: water stations at the lobby, mall in the vicinity, and the housekeeping service.
It is a renovated hotel; however, the rooms are very comfortable and equipped with all amenities. The bed was comfortable enough to have a good rest. WiFi in my room was good enough. Personnel were very helpful (words of gratitude to Inna at the reception) and the maid that cleaned my room on 19 October very quickly at the same time quite efficiently. The location is close to excellent: a couple of hundred meters from Kievskaya metro station, train station and a big shopping mall. Red Square and Novo-Dyevitchiy Monastery and other landmarks are within a walking distance. Breakfast is very good with generous choice in menu options. A little problem or rather a difficulty was the need to cross the reception to get to the pool, thus changing your clothes once again, being unable to wear a bath robe and go to the pool. Still, I would recommend this reasonably priced hotel for business travelers.
Enjoyable 4 nights in good location. Good functional clean rooms. Friendly staff with good meal options within. Great location walking distance to shopping centre, metro and just a bit further to finance district and entertainment areas. Brilliant particularly if part of events in their event hall area.
Hotel is located in a good location not far from the Metro and the Evropeyskiy shopping centre. The staff were nice and friendly, particularly Ekaterina B who checked me. The only thing negative to say is that the interior is starting to show it's age. But I would highly recommend the hotel for someone looking for a reasonable place to stay in Moscow.
Stay with the hotel for 3 nights. Good location with walking distance to Merto and shopping mall. Good breakfast with variety of choice. The only minute point is the small twin bed room rather than the 1m2
Standing on the banks of the river Moskva , this hotel is a pretty big. It is an imposing structure and located very next to the big Europa mall It provides modern facilities and the rooms are pretty comfortable. The breakfast was served in Talavera restaurant. The spread was good and well presented. Overall our group enjoyed our stay here.
Location is perfect, immediately next door to big train station and metro station. Across the street from station is a big shopping mall. Underground walkway and bridges used to cross the streets. Hotel was quiet during my visit, front desk attendant spoke English. I had a drink at the lounge one night and a fantastic dinner at the Georgian restaurant onsite. Metal detectors used upon entering hotel... and every other place too. My room was located in the back of the hotel so there was no street noise. I was comfortable with the bed and temperature. The room size was good with 2 beds for 2 adults and our luggage. I walked to Novodevichy Convent one day and Red Square through Arbat Street from the hotel. After long days out and about it was great having a bar, wonderful restaurant onsite and a mall for shopping so close.
