Location is great (close to Belorusskaya metro station). Bathtub, comfy bed and pillows. Really great breakfast - big choice and very very tasty dishes. Staff is very helpful. The only thing I'd like to add are teabags and coffee sticks.
I have stayed several times in this hotel. Good standard of rooms and breakfast and access to other restaurants in the same building complex (comfortable during the cold Russian winther). It is also very easy to go to the hotel from different airports via AirPort express train and then by metro. From nearest Metro station it is just a few hundred meters.
+ it's still a Radisson hotel, so you get a certain level of service. The staff is quite friendly and willing to help, the rooms are not overpriced. The location is perfect - just next to Kiev train and metro station. There is a big shopping mall nearby. - the hotel is quite old and shabby. Although smoking is forbidden, quite often you may feel the smoke coming into from ventilation system.
This is really a good hotel: spacious and spotless clean rooms, fluffy towels an comfy beds are there to pamper you. The hotel is just a few steps away from Kievskaya railway and metro station so that all the beauties of Moscow are within easy reach, included the fairground. Most rooms have breathtaking views over the Moskva river. I highly recommend it and I will definitely return if in Moscow again.
Average for Radisson Blu standard. Huge hotel with very nice breakfast. The building needs some updating. Good gym and swimming pool and sauna. Walking distance to a big shopping mall with food court. Right next to subway station. About 3 subway stops from Red Square. Hotels in Moscow are not cheap, Therefore this hotel offers good value if you don't mind not staying at city center.
It's walking distance from shopping mall Evropeyskaya . But a little bit off-centered of the city center. You should now it. The hotel has great gym and swimming pool area. It's a must. I adored the design of swimming pool. You can do your nails and massage right at the hotel. Or to do luxury shopping if you like :) Breakfast is nice. However you have to ask waiter for coffee and you get pot of black coffee. Of course you can order latte, espresso etc. as well at extra charge. Bed is very comfortable and rooms are big. The hotel is also a little bit old-fashioned BUT clean and confortable. Special mention for the Georgian restaurant Mukuzani. Enjoy !! Special thanks to bar staff I might say that my check in process was slower ...
I really enjoyed my spacious and quiet room, a view to the river, a great bathtub, hot water, and also a great free sound! I stayed for 2 nights and was really surprised by an affordable price to this hotel. It’s right next to Kievskaya, so, convenient to walking the center and a aeroexpress to Vnukovo. TV had a great selection of channels in all languages, which is a rare treat in Europe in my experience! I had no issues at all, service at the customer desk was courteous and the checkout was fast. A problem with a tab hardware at the beginning was fixed really fast, thanks to a great coordinated work by room maid and a carpenter arriving quick! I will stay again for sure if January price will stay through the year!
Doesn't meet high expectations built up by the world class hotel name. The hotel itself is very big with a nice lobby bar and restaurant at the ground floor, but very dated and in need for refurbishment. Our room appeared clean at first sight, but we have doubts over the bedsheets. Two bottom pillows had a very strong scent of a male deodorant, which made us wonder whether the bedsheets were changed halfway or changed at all. Moreover, instead of the "king size bed" promised on the website upon booking, we simply got two beds pushed together. On the plus side, the room was big, quiet and cosy. Bathroom is very dated too, bathroom floor drainage didn't work, so when we lifted the lid up thinking that this will solve the problem, we were astonished by the filth underneath. Its probably has never been cleaned since the establishment of the hotel. Personnel doesn't seem to care much for the guests. Upon arrival, we didn't get friendly welcoming service expected. Check out time is at 12 pm, we asked twice for a check out at 1 pm, just an hour later and despite the hotel being empty and having rooms available for the same date on their website, we have been told that they are fully booked and nothing can be done. However upon our departure the man who checked us out was very friendly. On the bight side, hotel is located next to the metro station, making it easy to access other areas of Moscow. Gladly, we stayed only 1 night and nonetheless got a good rest (perhaps because we have not slept for 24 hours straight?)
This hotel (and especially my room) was a little outdated, but I enjoyed my stay here whilst attending an event in its conference centre. Extremely good location and great staff on the front desk who you could enjoy some banter with and who were very eager to assist. I really loved the breakfast too, where there was a large, good quality choice available.
The rooms are very well stocked up. The staff are polite and helpful to a large extent. The lounge, restaurant, coffee shop are available for the visitors. A variety of shops are also located in the premises. The rooms are well laid out in this large property. ATM's are also available in the premises. The Moscow river is visible from most of the rooms and it is short walk from the Kievskaya metro station and various shopping arcades.
