I choose this hotel for more than 18 years. It provides the most comfortable conditions for business guests, providing the necessary range of services for holding any level of conferences and meetings . The rooms are always big and clean, delicious breakfasts, helpful staff. It's located near Expocenter and manufactur district, inside World Trade Center is a big mall so I can walk and visit different places without go outside , everybody are kind and good security. Guests are invited to visit the fitness center or indoor pool, take coursework at the spa and steam out in the sauna for the health. I would like to mention Front Office manager Yulia Obidina, the reception staff Olga Inozemtseva, Elena Kuzmenko and Elina Sharipova who show loyalty and care. “Crowne Plaza WTC” is truly a second home.
Convenient hotel, clean, nice room, restaurants with good service and food in reasonable quality. Lobby bar is a bit noisy with a lotnof people passing by corridor, service could be more professional there.
We stayed here 4 nights and enjoyed very one of them. Huge hotel, beautiful lobby, lots of shops and restaurants. Very nice room, well stocked bathroom, fantastic breakfast. The staff very attentive and efficient. Very nice example of how you would want your hotel experience to be
A good hotel business hotel, near to a convention center. Rooms with spectacular view of to Moscow river and the largest kukuclock I ever see, it's located in the center of lobby and measured like 12 feet high. I recommend visit Mercedes Benz lounge next to the hotel.
After we passed through the x-ray machine and the armed security, we were in a huge foyer. There was a giant clock in the centre with a moving diaorama of small statues dancing and a giant cockrel the crowed and flapped it's wings on the hour. We were on the 8th floor with a view over the city and the river. The hotel is near many restaurants and some "in-house" ones as well. It is within walking distance of a very large mall and almost opposite the most extraordinary hotel building I have ever seen. The bed was a qenuine double, a choice of pillows and very comfortable. The bathroom was also large with plenty of space for our toiletries. The breakfast selection was enormous, even cold champagne was available( I partook) and the serving staff were excellent, if a tad shocked I was Australian..."""it is so far."" I loved this hotel and I would return to Russia in a heart beat if I could.
Wow, we went in through guards xraying all luggage, parcels, small bags, great,, the foyer is fantastic, glass elevators, in the centre of the foyer a great clock with a rooster on top who crows on the hour,, we were on 8th floor and our window showed a great view of interesting buildings and the river,, the room larger than any others we had stayed in , the bed large king size and comfortable, bathroom very good all things you need, the restaurant where breakfast served, large, the food excellent great variety of cold and hot ..as usual the staff great, out side the hotel within walking there was a number of restaurants from different countries,,, loved it....
Very nice hotel overseeing the river. The biggest addons of the hotel are in house Indian restaurant and walking distance to main exhibition center of Moscow. In fact the hotel has various specialized restaurants - Japanese, Chinese etc and a grocery store too within hotel complex..
I stayed in this hotel seevral times and t always fulfilled my expectations. Rooms, service and food are very good. This hotel is connected to World Trade Center as well as to Medzunarodnaya hotel and exhibition center, with a lot of restaurants and shops incorporated - they even have a post office there. Once or twice I haven't left the complex during my stay there - all my needs were served there.
