In the heart of the Portes du Soleil, in the middle of nature, Syleno is the result of a magnificent modern and functional renovation of an old family Alpine chalet.

Lovers of wide-open spaces, come and recharge your batteries in this transformed, modernized and functional accommodation in the heart of a sumptuous natural setting.



In the peace and quiet of the panoramic terraces, you'll soak up the sun from morning to night, thanks to exceptional exposure on Morzine's noblest hillsides.

The south and west-facing terraces will let you recharge your batteries in the heart of nature.



The large living room features a kitchen with central island and all the cooking equipment needed for large families. It is generously equipped for comfortable living.

The living-dining room offers a modular living space articulated around a central table and a large sofa. Three large bay windows offer exceptional views and a bright atmosphere. A second living room with sofa bed and en-suite shower completes the living space. Toilets and a large entrance hall are also present.



Upstairs you'll find 3 south-facing bedrooms (2 with a 140cm bed and one with two 80cm beds). A large bathroom with double sinks, bath and Italian shower forms the main shower room. A second shower and separate toilet are available upstairs.



Finally, a large dedicated parking area provides ample space for parking and maneuvering.
