If you are looking for the consistently good Hampton Inn experience, you will not find it here. Our room was not cleaned properly, did not have the sticker on the door, all the doors had peeling paint, no luggage carts (ever), only a few leftover towels, generally a minimum effort throughout the property. Many maintenance items in disrepair, etc. Maybe the only Hampton Inn, and I use them all but exclusively on travel, that was genuinely sub par and a really crappy hotel that somehow still has the Hampton Inn badges. I would switch brands rather than stay here again when passing through.

Good price compare to all the neighboring hotels. Right off the I-75 exit.

Manager was great. Rooms clean. Top floor was quiet. Good stay.

The property lacked cleanliness. There was a long black hair in the bathtub, there was dirt in the corner tiles...the whole place had not been well taken care of...tired atmosphere. However, I was impressed with the offer of free bottled water and coffee at the front door.

I have stayed here multiple times & they have been been great.

Good location. Close enough to downtown Atlanta to be convenient without being too far away.

Excellent staff and great breakfast! Right across the street from the mall and great restaurants.

East access to restaurants..mall directly across the street.

I though that everything was done very nice. But it was hard to find getting off the ex-press way. They need more Signage to get there.

Night staff was not very knowledgeable. Building was being painted, but we were told the roof was being repaired??

His hotel was not up to par on most Hampton Inns. The room was a smoking room, I requested one that was not smoking. It was overbooked as well. I would stay away

The room was clean and the staff was very nice. As always Hampton offers a good value for the money. Location was also good, close to what I needed.

Stayed for a weekend. Staff was very friendly. Good breakfast. Room was non-smoking but still had a faint smell of cigarettes.

Check-in receptionist officious, not welcoming. But all else very nice.

Second year in a row that we stopped in this Hampton Inn on our way to Florida. Great location and cheapest price around on the South Side of Atlanta right off I-75 exit. Plenty of food choices around the area. We are already planning on staying there next March!
